Warren Heating & Air Conditioning

I came home to a cold house at 4:30PM. I called all of our handy friends and no one was available immediately. So I logged on to Angie's List and found the listing for Warren. I called, and the said that someone could be there in an hour, but that it would be after hours call and gave me the service call fee: $185. The technician showed up on time and within minutes, found out that the motor was seized. He had a new motor on the truck, which was nice. In no time, the motor was replaced and the heat was on. The technician was so kind as to discount the service call by $25 because the visit was so short. Service : $160 Parts: $279. Furnace works great ever since.

Provider showed up as scheduled and promised. They assessed and serviced our air conditioning unit, and explained exactly why it wasnt functioning as expected. They were able to provide the freon it required at that same time, and answered all our questions. We were very happy with service, and it was all done at a very reasonable rate.

They were very prompt. The check was very pleasant. They were very helpful. It turned out to be a cheap fix. I was expected around $5000 and it came out to be only $90. He gave me ideas on how to quiet my air conditioner. It was a positive experience.

They where the best equiped firm to do all the work needed with their own crews and could provide all equipment needed. They did a great job of cleanup and removed all of the old equipment from our property including the ceiling fan boxes that we got at a local retailer.

I was recently in the market for a new furnace as my furnace was old and inefficient. I contacted three contractors on the Green Madison list of approved contractors to obtain bids. Ultimately, I chose Warren because (1) they were the most responsive to my inquiries; (2) their price was the most competitive; and (3) the reputation of their furnaces (Bryant) is outstanding. I was not disappointed with my choice. Warren quickly scheduled a furnace installation for me and I found their installers to be both punctual and professional. Things went very smoothly, and Warren made sure to send in my focus on energy rebate afterward along with my warrant information for Bryant. If you're in the market for a new furnace, I would highly recommend that you consider Warren.

Warren H/C responded with a "can do" attitude to doing the work quickly. They suggested easier ways to do the work than what I had envisioned. The man who gave the estimate was prompt and courteous, and he listened to my concerns. The person who did the work was also prompt and worked quickly. The job was done well and within the estimate.

Woke up at 6:00 AM on a 10-degree day to a cold house. The furnace was blowing cold air. I called and left a message at 7:00 and they called back about 5 minutes later. The technician showed up before 8:30 and was gone around 9:00. The heat is fixed. He recommended I replace the filter and think about a new furnace but didn't push to sell me anything. He also gave me the $25 coupon before I mentioned it. Extremely fast service! Update: A few days later the new igniter failed. I called and they immediately came and replaced it with a newer, heavier-duty one for free. Update: No further problems, over a year later.

I am very pleased with their professionalism, their work quality and the fairness of their price. I will definitley use them again should the need arise.

He arrived well within that time frame; quickly determined that the ventor motor was bad. He had to go get the part, but was back and installed the part, completing the job within an hour. Al was pleasant, professional and efficient. I had previous experience with Warren Heating in my association with a non-profit with a building to maintain and had good results. My personal experience did not disappoint.

Other bidders could do most of it, but they didn’t want to do the water heater and Warren was one of the two bidders that were capable of doing the whole package. They did an excellent job and we are really happy with their service.

The airconditioner stopped cooling. It was hotter than snot and I thought they were going to be really busy. Fortunately they came the same day because I had them do a seasonal check up/maitenance the previous autumn.

Their price is probably reasonable.

On the first 90 degree weather of the year this year we found out our fan wasn't running! We waited until Monday to call and set up an appointment and they were able to come out Tuesday morning. The technician was prompt and polite. He kept the call under an hour to minimize our cost and he started with the smallest problem and worked his way up to find that our A/C wiring was chewed up outside our home. He also replaced something else that had shorted out and the whole system worked again. He was very forgiving for the thorny raspberry bushes we had growing around our unit as well. Overall: very pleasant, punctual, and the problem got fixed! We're very happy we didn't have to replace our relatively new unit already!

Warren Heating was recommended to us by a friend. We are having problems with in-floor heating installed in the 90s prior to our buying the house. We called Warren and they immediately sent someone over. Al, the technician, is polite and professional and knowledgeable. We needed someone who could accurately diagnose the problem and offer solutions. Al approached the situation logically and systematically unlike other HVAC companies who I won't name. We would definitely recommend Warren Heating, and Al in particular.

I wish I could give an A+ for responsiveness. I was out of town when the furnace in my rental property (two flat) stopped working. Randy Heath from Warren was able to communicate extensively over email which was a lot easier given my travel schedule. He responded quickly and effectively, got all the information he needed from me, and gave me all the information I needed. Randy got into the house quickly, did some stopgap repairs so the house wouldn't be freezing, and quoted me a price for the repair of one furnace and replacement of the other. His price was so reasonable I thought it was just for the new furnace and didn't include installation or repair of the damaged one. After I okayed the work, Randy got in quickly and got everything done. The tenants were happy, and I was happy. I plan to use Warren again for all my furnace needs. I feel like I can really trust them.

The repairs they have done were great. Once they offered to give me a discount of $300 on a new furnace and that was the cost of the repairs. Worked out great because my old furnace was going to just nickle and dime me to death anyway. When they put the new furnace in they hooked up the house humidifier wrong but I made a call and they came out and fixed it quickly. One appointment the service tech was running late but he called and gave me an ETA so it was no big deal. I'll keep using Warren for any of my needs.

They have been servicing our furnace sine we moved in. Did an inspection and we needed a new unit, so they didn't charge us at all for the inspection since we went with them on the new unit. Worked with us to get all the possible energy rebates and credits.

They were excellent. Their service was good, and their installers were excellent. Their price was same as everybody else's was.

They did a good job. They went through all credits I could get for energy savings.

They told me I did not need to change it, so it didn't cost me anything.

Technician was properly equipped, efficient, courteous, well trained and experienced. He checked combustion gas composition, fan current, looked at the flame, and probably checked a lot of other details that i don;t understand He knew exactly how to take things apart on my furnace to check them, and how to get them back together again. He found no problems on my ~10 year old furnace, which was a nice reassurance.

We had positive experience with this company and we will use them in the future.

I was happy with the service but they did install the wrong AC unit. They called a couple days later to tell me of the mistake and came out the next day to replace with the correct unit.

Called Warren Heating and Cooling at 7:00 Monday morning to report that my air conditioner stopped working the previous day. Dennis appeared an hour later. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the necessary part, then further checked out the system and answered all my questions. I also wanted info about installing a bathroom exhaust fan and getting air/heat to a walk-up attic.. A couple of hours later Randy, appeared and gave me additional suggestions and information. I found both gentlemen to be very helpful and professional. I appreciated their expertise and the extra time they took to answer all my questions.

Technician was punctual, looked at the unit, told us immediately what the problem was. He fixed it, and was out within the hour.
