Steve Briggs, the General Manager, really knows his high-end sound systems. Before committing to anything, Steve spent hours with me to determine what I was looking for in a system and then recommending the best, in his opinion, components that gave me the features Ii was looking for at a price that I was willing to spend. I could have spent much more, and received a system that would be above my audio appreciation, but I am extremely happy with the system he recommended, and which I purchased. Delivery was timely (Steve was careful to keep me advised when one component was back ordered at the manufacturer) and setup of the system was thorough. University Audio is not inexpensive, but you get the kind of service and attention that satisfies that you are getting good value for the money. And, even after purchase, delivery and installation, Steve has remained willing to provide timely and understandable assistance whenever I have a question or problem. I highly recommend the service provided by Steve and University Audio.
