His first estimate included painting but put us over budget so he modified the work so that we could keep within our budget by doing the final painting ourselves. He was here for three days to install and mud and prime the wall. He was in every respect a regardful and professional workman. We enjoyed making his acquaintance and will use him again when we have a need.
Description of Work: We had holes in our drywall where heating elements had been removed. We needed to have the work done ASAP to accomodate the new heating system scheduled to be installed AND the drywall work had to happen late in the day because we use those four rooms for child care in the morning.

Description of Work: Troy gave me a clear and detailed bid before he took the lead-paint abatement course. Afterwards we had a long phone conversation about the course and what would be required on my home, including a price increase to reflect the legal requirements for lead abatement. His honest and sense of fairness were astonishingly refreshing, and I find myself agreeing with friends who have hired him in the past: He's first class, and his work is excellent. And although I have hired another company because of a lower price, I recommend Troy to my clients without reservation.

+ -1 moreThe estimate was timely and a good value. Commuication was excellent. Arrived on time and kepted us informed throughout the project. Worked around the sunshine to paint when the trim was cool for the best result. Clean up was timely and complete. Extermly helpful in selecting the brand and type of paint.
Description of Work: Interior trim painting of eight large south-facing windows. Very careful thorough preparation and taping off glass. Painted over 20 year old stain and varnish, so primed well following with two coats of semi-gloss paint.

+ -1 moreHe started by scraping, wire brushing, and nailing loose boards. DID NOT spray the stain, but thoroughly brushed it into the wood. He perfectly matched the trim paint color to some aluminum wrapped windows. Complete clean-up. Very pleasant and accommodating to work with.
Description of Work: Stained the entire exterior of the house and painted the trim and garage doors. The work included through preparation complete caulking and thoroughly brushing in the stain.
