 + 0 moreI have used their services several times at least and every time they broke the saying, "cheap, fast, good - pick any two." They are all three although good is quite an understatement. I have given them jewelry to repair 2-3 times and a medical alert lanyard to shorten and re-establish the magnetic end pieces and each time, they treated my little jobs as if I was their top customer... outstanding service and competence!

Spend time with customers with no pressure to buy. Never go to a mall or chain jewelry store because you will find better quality, more professional and reasonably priced jewelry @ TQ Diamonds My only regret is I can't buy everything I want!!!
Description of Work: Resized my rings over a number of years (maybe 20 or 25?. This time I requested to have the band that can be adjusted to 3 different sizes due to arrthritic changes. Not sure how many years I've been using TQ Diamonds but all services and goods are excellent quality. I indicated N/A for price because, to be honest, I haven't used a different jeweler for so many years. I am also a member of Angie's List

Description of Work: They inspected and repaired the mounting on two diamond rings. They cleaned, resized and made them look like new. On top of this great work, they also were able to accommodate a tight schedule---I needed them done before a planned trip. GREAT experience. Highly recommend

 + -1 moreI received a call from Janelle that the ring was done a day or two before the deadline. I picked it up the following week. The ring looks like new!!! My mom will be thrilled to have it back and be wearing it.
Description of Work: My mother's ring was missing a diamond. We took it in and they noticed that after 27 years of wear, most of the diamond settings were loose. They provided an estimate to replace the missing diamond and reset all the others. They also gave me the date in which it would be ready for pickup. Janelle was great to work with.
