Touch of Europe LLC is a locally cleaning services company, serving residential and business clients with cleaning services in Madison. We are registered and have our cleaning business license from the city of Madison WE OFFER: Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services. We can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one time, after a party, seasonal, and post construction cleaning services. For those customers who have more specific needs, we are happy to design a customized cleaning program for you that focuses only on the areas of your home that you need cleaned. We offer professional cleaning services at very reasonable rates. GREEN CLEANING: All of our cleaning products are eco-friendly to help improve the environment of your home for the health and safety of people and pets. BONDED AND INSURED: We are fully insured and bonded. Our cleaners have had background checks performed, and are professionally trained. They are not independent contractors they are our valued employees. We are responsible for, and pay for workers compensation, social security and other employer payroll taxes SATISFACTION: We think it's important to provide skilled and experienced personnel so that our work is always of the highest quality. We work to your complete satisfaction. You can be assured that you will be satisfied with all of the cleaning services because we are only satisfied when you are satisfied! If any area of our cleaning fails to meet your satisfaction, it will be corrected immediately. We always encourage customer communication and use your input to continuously improve and raise our level of cleaning services. Description of Work: I compiled a list of what I wanted. A "Spring Cleaning". From top to bottom. I wanted all the paneled doors and cabinetry cleaned. They did an absolutely wonderful job. I would definitely hire the again.

She does everything I ask her. They're very nice and everything but it's not like a real deep clean. But, I'm just very grateful that I have a clean house once a week. They're really honest. I never have to worry. They're reliable. They come every week. They never miss. They're in and out. They usually bring two or three and then out quickly, so they don't cause trouble, they don't cause inconvenience. I will have them a couple times a year like cleaning the basement and the kids bedroom. I'm fond of her. I wouldn't get rid of them. I've had different cleaning services and I had individuals and in general, everything considered, they're the best I've ever had.

I am really satisfied with how well they clean. No complaints. My friend commented how the bamboo floors shined with no streak marks anywhere and she has been cleaning for people in Minnesota for years.
