Description of Work: The previous homeowner had a chimney inspection done by top hat that showed leaking and potential for future damage. Top Hat honored their quote after we purchased the house and added a chimney cap and repaired a portion of the inside of the chimney. Work was performed on time and on budget.

Description of Work: Asked to have 2 chimneys and fireplace stove cleaned and inspected. After inspection only 1 needed the work so they did not charge for the second one. Was nice that they where honest and did not take advantage of the fact.
