OUTSTANDING start to finish!!!!

It was like clockwork.

Tony responded promptly to my initial call and arranged a convenient date for doing the requested work. He arrived on time well equipped to do the work. He knew precisely how to handle each task and completed everything in an efficient and smooth manner. All work areas were completely cleaned-up before he left our home. It was a pleasure to talk with Tony as he worked. This was a good opportunity to pick up some useful pointers on home maintenance and repair. My wife and I both felt like Tony was a neighbor and friend by the time the work was done. I have a few other small projects that I will be calling him to help me with because he is likable, honest, fair and I believe he enjoys helping others. It may sound like "hype" but it truly was an all around positive experience and pleasure to meet and work with Tony. He will be our go-to-guy for home repair/handyman work from now on.

Called Tony and he came right over and fixed it, which was really good for us since we were having a party that weekend. Tony did most of his work in the rain, but he just kept on and did a fabulous job.

Tony is very friendly and helpful, and does very good work. He was very helpful in discussing options for this repair, and gave me some additional information related to other work I was considering for the house. He did the work in less time than expected, and it was very well done. The final bill was slightly higher than the estimate, but not unreasonably so (3 percent). The only reason for not giving him all A's was that I had to check back once about getting the estimate, but I don't see this as a major problem. I will definitely look to Tony for further work in the future.

I had Tony rebuild the steps to my front porch. He was on time, the craftsmanship was excellent and I'm thrilled with the result. This is the 2nd time I've used him. I had him do some carpentry and plaster work on a bathroom remodel last year (bigger job - $1200). I was also very pleased with that work and thus called on him again. The outcome of the previous job was also very finished and professional.

Courteous, professional, and most importantly, a quality product. Very much appreciated after the previous handyman consortium called the day of the job to cancel (after I had taken off of work to be there). only knock is timeliness: it sometimes took him a couple of days to get back to me, it took me 2 weeks to schedule him (probably because he's good), and for some reason they didn't send an invoice for 6 weeks.

Tony was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He went over my long to-do list with me, explaining the work he could and could not do. We decided to do the cabinets first, and he will be bidding on some of the other jobs. He kept within his estimate and did a great job. In fact, the kitchen drawer now works even better than when it was new. I have recommended him to friends.

Quick response, arrived when they said they would, prepared (they had all the tools and equipment they needed), polite, respectfully of my house (they were very careful to keep dust to a minimum). Offered advice on other projects.

On time and on budget. Very creative solution to work on a 77 year-old home. Tony Trapp also did some work for us at our new condo.
