I dropped the machine off and was told the repair person would call with a diagnosis. After not hearing from anyone, I called and the repair person told me the filters were clogged and that's why the machine shut down. I told him I replaced the filters;they were clean and that couldn't be the trouble. He said he'd already ordered the filters. A few days later, I got a call informing me the machine was fixed and ready to be picked up. When I arrived, the bill was for $90+ including new filters. I again stated I brought the machine in with new filters. The repair person put the old filters back in, but they were clearly not the clean filters that were in the machine I brought in. They looked like they'd been in the machine for a while. Thad or Brian, I can't remember his name, said he didn't rip off customers and kind of got huffy. Plus, I never received an estimate. While they subtracted the cost of two filters, the ones I got back were filthy not new as when I brought in.
