Description of Work: They replaced 2 windows in our condo units. It went pretty well. The windows are pretty nice. In one of the units they nicked the wall and we had to call about it and have them repair. Which they did. It would have been nice if the installer had said something then rather than seeing it later. We understand things happen.

Description of Work: Replaced all windows in my house. Need to pay more attention to their caulking job. Missed some places and a bit messy on |the outside of house. Windows installed Dec. 2014. Needed one top section replaced in Oct. 2015 due to fogging up. They replaced it with no problem.

Description of Work: Put in nine windows on three floors of our house. There were some snafus, some unforeseeable and unpreventable that set things back several weeks. They did come though and the installation was fast, professional and high quality when they got here. No pressure sales. They listened to us and gave us what we wanted not what they wanted to sell. The finished product looks good and works well. We were overall very happy. We have recommended them to others who also had good experiences.

Description of Work: I had them replace the windows in my old house and had them bid on replacing the windows in my current house. They have a very low-pressure sales process and don't try to rush you into making a decision. They also have a full-time service person to take care of warranty issues (I had a couple of hardware failures and a claim under their glass breakage warranty; both were fixed in 2 days). However, my current house is a bit bigger and nicer than the old one which apparently makes them want to only sell me the Cadillac of windows; their price for our old house's windows was in line with other bids we got but this time around it was significantly more expensive and we decided to go with another company. Also, be aware they figure the bid during the appointment, which takes a while (and both times the sales rep made a calculation error).

Description of Work: Just an estimate--very kind man came to our house to measure & provide estimate, great product but soooo expensive!!!! One thing I did NOT like about the experience was that he proceeded to hand-write the estimate which took about 35 minutes beyond measuring and explaining products. This is my opinion, but I think this should have been done on his time, not mine.
