Joe is 100% reliable and 100% knowledgeable. If you need upgrades or better security software, he can work with both Macs and PCs. He found us the best and most cost effective solutions for our problems. He set up our new TV system, complete with better sound, and universal remote, in a matter of minutes. He assessed our home and recommended and installed better personal security. He is equally good at high tech and low tech options. Joe is thoughtful, prompt and honest. You could not find anyone better to work with you on making all parts of your home run smoothly.
Description of Work: Cleaned up our desktop PC and my laptop Mac. Installed security software. Set up a new HD TV and hooked it up to better speakers; programmed universal remote to work TV, DVD player, cable box and iPad. Wrote useful instructions so that everyone in the house could use the new system easily.
