Excellent from start to finish.

Matt and his team are the best contractors we have ever done business with. Matt is very responsive, his prices are fair, his work is exceptional. We had a very bad experience with Hamilton Concrete - he still owes us money. Matt and his team were a breath of fresh air by comparison. The spring weather this year was rather trying - lots of rain. He kept us informed of his general schedule. He arrived when he said he would, promptly completed the work and cleaned up a minor issue with the new grass that was washed out by a major downpour. He and his team get our highest recommendation.

When I decided on the job they have not come to do the work. The estimate went fine, but the follow up was terrible.

Matt and his crew did a great job. They showed up as scheduled, did a good job on the concrete work (and even beat the rain!), and did a great job cleaning up, including reseeding the terrace that was dug up to install the drainage pipe. They performed the work quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them.

He called on the day of the estimate to tell me that he was running a little behind, and he ended up only being 5 mintues late! I was floored by his courtesy! They came in and did a bang up job. We had some weather problems which kind of took a tole on the schedule but that wasn't their fault. Even though the weather was a problem, he kept communicating with me and was watching the weather. When the day came that we had good weather, he was here 10 minutes early. In 15 minutes he had the driveway jack hammered and was heading to the dump with debre 25 mintues later! They did a great job and he was extremely picky in making sure the lines in the driveway were perfectly straight. They really cared about what I wanted and doing the job just right. All the guys were really friendly and they did the job well. The only hick-up was that their truck busted a few city sidewalk squares, but he considered it a non issue and took care of it without any of it being my problem. He told me to use sand instead of salt if I needed it in the winter. I couldn't have been happier with the results!

Matt and Co. were able to get to our job a couple of weeks early, which was a pleasant surprise. They showed up promptly at the specified time. The guys were polite, efficient and professional. I would definitely hire them again!

We were collecting several estimates, including block and concrete options. While there are always fancier and more expensive options, these guys were forthcoming right away with all kinds of good ideas and options. So we went ahead with the work. They had the equipment and manpower to do an efficient job, and they were careful not to disturb the house or an adjacent 150 yr old oak. What prompted this review is that we have additional concrete work to do, looked up contractors here on Angie's List, and their name came up yet we had not reviewed them. Obviously I gave them a call and would recommend them to others.

The gentleman that owns this company was very helpful to me when I called him. He was able to compare prices for me and give me a quote over the phone as well.

It was a very smooth process. Jim was the only concrete contractor in our area to even return my phone call, much less come to our house to look at the area and provide us with a bid. We were in a time crunch, Jim understood this, and worked us into his schedule so we could get the project completed right away. His team was very professional and friendly, listened to what we wanted and provided prompt and complete service. I would highly recommend The Concrete Company for anyone considering installing any concrete work around his/her home.

We had a very complicated patio to replace that was crumbling and had many obstacles to work around. Jim and his team were very careful to avoid damage and did a beautiful job replacing the patio. They were a pleasure to have working at our home, always polite and cleaned up the job site every day. I've never met contractors who were so punctual! All work was completed on time and on budget.
