 + -1 moreAll repairs were timely done and in a way that exceeded expectations. The contractor is a perfectionist and takes ownership of his work. He is very responsible. He has experience in all areas of home repair and remodeling. We will be using him in future projects we have planned.
Description of Work: Two bathroom showers/baths were retiled, new cement board installed, and the plumbing replaced. A new toilet was installed. Built a wall length finished bookcase. Replaced molding in various locations in the house. Replaced an entry door and two new storm doors. Installed five new windows including casement, and replaced outside sills. Installed new track lighting including new wiring, and a ceiling light and fan. Built a handrail for garage staircase. Installed new drywall to correct a bad wall. Repaired roof by covering hole from exhaust pipe with new shingles and patched eave. Replaced rotten fascia with new cedar planks. Fixed electrical connections to attic fan, including making corrections to circuit breaker box. Cost above included materials.
