We recently had the pleasure of working with Mick on an outstanding basement model, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the initial consultation to the final touches, the craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. Throughout the process, communication was clear and prompt, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Mick’s expertise and dedication to delivering the best results were apparent at every step. And, most importantly, Mick is an upstanding, professional, and all around nice guy! He was very funny and sweet with our 1.5 year old son, which really shows his character! We got quotes from some of the local big companies with fancy TV jingles, and their professionalism and willingness to work within our budget didn’t hold a candle to Mick! I highly recommend Mick to anyone looking for a top-notch solution to transform their space. You won't be disappointed!

It couldn't have gone better, and that's coming from someone that's incredibly detail-oriented. Mick was in and out of our house for almost a year between all of the various projects he completed, I can't think of a thing to complain about. He's focused, detailed, flexible, reasonably priced and a genuinely good person. On top of that, his work is beautiful. If he patches a wall (even a large patch), you'd never guess that there was a hole in the first place. When we decided on handmade tile for our shower, he laid the tile methodically so that the natural variations in height flowed seamlessly. Our bathroom cabinets had to fit in a tight space, and his measurements were spot on. I didn't take us long to realize that we could trust him with any project in his wheelhouse, which took a big weight off of us as homeowners. Finally, when the inevitable hiccups did occur (just a regular part of remodeling), he was happy to sit down with us and find the right solution. He was also unerringly patient and friendly when I asked him to explain a piece of the project to me in further detail. He will guide you through a project, but still leave you feeling like a partner. Truly, I can't say enough good things. We recommend him with no reservations. He worked for us during the pandemic and was always careful so that everyone stayed safe.

My backsplash is beautiful! Although my project was relatively simple, Mick’s attention to detail really makes it shine. He was able to work me in quickly and the price was very reasonable.

Great. He's careful about clean up, covered the wood floors to protect them, and didn't arrive too early in the morning. We are very happy with the completed work.

Mick did a great job for us. Remodeled did an expanded our laundry closet. Involve taking down a wall, putting up drywall, framing and finishing work. He did an excellent job. Would hire him again in a minute.

"Mick did a spectacular job on our basement!!! He installed and painted wood paneling on the workshop wall and pieced repairs on our spare room floor. The flooring we bought was slightly different from the original, but you can hardly tell that it's different. We asked him to do the patch-in the same direction as the wood grain in the original flooring. This involved a lot more cutting, but it turned out great! Luckily, it was a beautiful day, so he said he didn't mind going out to our patio to cut the pieces. And it was warm enough that day that he could just leave the sliding door open and go in and out easily as he needed! He must be an excellent puzzle master, as he got the whole floor back together and looking great! He even cleaned up after the work so the room looks better than ever.

Mick did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. As part of our remodel, Mick had to tear apart our one piece old fiberglass tub/shower and do the frame work/drywalling to replace with a tile shower. The finished tiled shower looks very professional. Not only does Mick have great carpentry/tiling skills, he also has great people skills. It was always a joy having him around and it was very evident that he cares about his customers. We highly recommend Mick.

Mick did a great job! He was kind, friendly, hard working and had strong communication so I always knew the status of the project and the expected timeline. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations! The tile work came out awesome; great attention to detail! I love my new bathroom :-) The basement pole project was an add-on project I decided to do prior to having new carpet installed in the basement. I called Mick and he was able to squeeze in this work quickly to beat my carpet installers. I really appreciated his prompt service and high quality work! The new support beam looks great and makes the room look truly "finished". I would definitely call Mick again when I have another home repair need. Thanks!!

Mick is a perfectionist on all levels. Trustworthy-he had free reign of the house to come and go as needed. His upbeat attitude matched his high skill level on all tasks encountered. Creative problem solving through out multiple processes abounded. Can't say enough great things about Mick. I have told dozens of people about him and his multitude of offerings. Not only is Mick an exceptional craftsman in every respect, his happy and positive demeanor make each day on the job a complete delight. Mick draws on many years experience as a Union carpenter and is a precise and very exacting tile installer. He uses laser for exact lines and mathematically factors tile measurements for the most asthetically pleasing result. It's obvious Mick is dedicated to the finest finished result possible. Mick is a pleasure to be with and work with in every respect.
