 + 0 moreWhen we fully understood what was happening, I called BS and told them this was worse than bate and switch. I wasted at least 2 hours of work time.
Description of Work: We are looking for furniture for our new house. We paid $300.00 to get 6 hours of design help and an extra 10% discount. We were supposed to get 30% off plus the 10%. They never told us that was off list price not the advertised price in the show room. We would not have purchased the service had we been informed by the store. I can buy what I want cheaper with out the gimmicks. I feel like this was very intentionally misleading.

 + -1 moreThe salesman I work with is knowledgeable and a straight shooter who gives the pros and cons of different models and brands. I also like they throw in extras such as high quality pillows or other items to help with the sales process.
Description of Work: Purchased a mattress.
