Pretty good! It was a year ago. Cost was more, I don’t remember how much more. I used these guys, because there was a good deal on the price. I would probably give them an “A” as well, I don’t remember of them being any bad service. I would not use them again if I had the opportunity to use the one with the less expensive price on the deal. I would use them again quality wise, but it seems to be a better deal with this other company. Good quality service and I would use them again.

The previous owners had a cat and we are allergic. We are happy with the work.

But, they are too expensive. I have used them several times. They do a great job but their prices are, like, double. I have used them once or twice a year for a long time. They are nationwide. I have a really small house so when they quote $200 that is a lot of money for a small house; I can't do it. One time they screwed up my hardwood floors. They wanted to show me a demonstration on how great their new machine was and they left a big scar on my hardwood floors. I am eventually going to have them refinished.

They were attentive to their cleaning; they took a little more care and time in cleaning the carpet so I was happy with the results.

The crew arrived right on time, and were courteous and professional during the original contact. We went through the whole house and I pointed out what I wanted done. During this walk-through, they aggressively tried to add services to their work. I had wanted them to clean some of my upholstery, and they got me to protect it also. They disappeared to begin their work. I checked on them several time during the day. They were having a great time talking to each other about all sorts of things. I told them to move the things that were easier to move, but there was no requirement to take apart beds. I asked them to get under the beds as far as they could without moving them. After they had completed the first level of the house, I went up to check on how it had gone. I was anxious to see how nice the sofa that I had had them clean would look. The first thing I noticed was that, unlike the barely-damp description that I had been given on the phone, the carpet was soaking wet. The carpets were the last thing we had done before we listed our home, and it was touch-and-go whether they would be dry for the photo shoot the next day. They were barely damp the next day. The floor looked fine. I checked the sofa, and discovered that it looked almost as though it hadn't been touched. While looking at the cushions, I found a place where the cat had (surprise!) thrown up on it. It was all dried up as though it had happened some time ago. This was still on the sofa EVEN AFTER IT HAD BEEN PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED! The sofa itself was a bit cleaner, but it was not anywhere close to clean. I took the spotted cushion down to the crew, and complained that they had not done a thorough job. They subsequently cleaned the spots off the cushion, but did no other work on the sofa. I had them clean a few other pieces of furniture. In only one case, a chair, did it look like there was any cleaner appearance after they finished. I recommend that you do NOT have them ever clean your furniture. It is expensive, and it is not at all worth it. I also had the carpets protected after cleaning. Given that it has been about a week and a half since they were here, and that I can see spots already coming back on the stairway, I don't recommend this additional service either.

They were prompt, detail oriented, and did a wonderful job.

I have them come every year. I am always happy with them. I am more about how it looks afterwards and how fast they do it. The price is fair. I will continue to use them.

They did a good job. They were very professional. They are here when they say they are going to be here.

I was amazed that they were incredibly patient despite some unforeseen delays. They stayed and started right away when their time came. They were reasonably priced, they were easy schedule and work with. I would recommend them others.

Stanley Steemer did a fine job on the drapes, but I was not thrilled with the job the did on the carpet. There were some stains on the carpet and were not able to get them up.

I got an estimate online. I just told them which rooms I needed done and they gave me an estimate.

They wet the carpet so much that it took me 3 days to dry out the house. They put so much soap in the carpet that it soils quickly again. The next time I had to have carpets cleaned - I had to have them cleaned twice.

They were actually very good, on time, and friendly. They did a nice job of moving things, so they wouldn't stay in the wet carpet.
