Description of Work: Both roofing and siding after major hail storm in May 2011 in Middleton wisconsin. Chris Jordan was the contact throughout the projecgt and went to bagt for successfully with State Farm when State Farm reneged on one aspect of the repairs.The new siding and roofing was done expertly with no debris and timely. Description of Work: Received multiple quotes for having our roof replaced following a hail storm earlier in the summer. We are so happy that we decided on Rodriguez Roofing. They went out of their way to schedule our repair in a very timely manner. They showed up on time; the workers were very friendly and very very efficient. Ramero was here monitoring the work and answering any questions we had. The quality of the job was excellent. Chris also was extremely helpful and answered our questions in a very timely manner. We would recommend this company to anyone and will certainly use them in the future for any repair/replacement jobs we may require. We would definltely rate them an A+.

Description of Work: Nice guys. Hard workers. Siding people very precise. Great pricing, ice dams were a bargain over other estimates. They did take my satellite dish.

Description of Work: The owner, Mr. Rodriguez,, came to my home the day after I called for an inspection and estimate to remove and replace shingles. The estimate was $6,840 and scheduled two weeks later at 7:00 am. The crew of 20 workman arrived 10 minutes early and finished by noon the same day. I was in the hospital at the time. My neighbor watched the operation and was awestruck to see 15 men on the roof and 5 on the ground. He said it was like a blitzkrieg. He said every shingle had six nails (double nailed by hand, with a hammer. The shingles were GAF ELK30/lifetime manufacturers warranted architectural. The labor was warranted for 20 years. The final bill was the same as the estimate--no surprises. The next two days we had heavy rains, with no leaks. This is the first time I used Angies Lis, and will use it again in the future.

Description of Work: Replacement of roof on a 3000 square foot house and garage. He presented his evaluation of our roof and what he wanted to do in a very clear manner. He wanted to be sure that we understood and answered all questions in detail. He did not want to be paid until the job was done and we were completely satisfied with it . It was apparent that he was very experienced in this work and, I believe, has worked in this community for 24 years. We liked the fact that he and his team did hand nailing. He estimated that the work would take 2-3 days and they finished in 2 days after, on two occasions , removing snow before they could begin working, all at no extra cost to us. Ramiro and his team arrived exactly at seven in the morning. They were extremely well organized and worked well together. At one time, there were twelve men working on our roof! Ramiro found some of our plywood was rotten and replaced it with thicker plywood at no extra cost. They did a satisfactory clean up considering all the snow and even came back after the snow melted to make sure the yard was neat and clean. Ramiro arranged for someone else to replace the gutters and we were also satisfied with that work. Ramiro planned well with our insurance agent. Materials and workmanship were of very high quality. The new roof looks great . We would highly recommend Ramiro Rodriguez. We were most impressed with his sincerity and his obvious desire to have us pleased with everything he and his team were doing!
