Ramiro, who heads this business, has the practiced eye of an engineer and runs his business as an efficient, professional organization. When he first came to do the assessment because we had a leak in our upper roof, he was clear as to the problem and found other areas where problems could arise. As had been determined two years ago by an insurance adjuster and confirmed by Ramiro, vents had been installed incorrectly, allowing water through. Ramiro recommended a ridge vent and removal of the attic fan to improve air circulation and eliminate the leak problem. It is nothing short of amazing that, in the hours since the job was completed, we have much improved cooling and air flow throughout the second level. The temperature differential between the second and first level of the house has been an issue since we bought in 2002. In 2010, we had a sophisticated furnace/hvac system installed, thinking that would correct the problem, to no avail. The actual construction was a model of efficiency. They arrived (8-10 men) at 7 a.m. and completed the upper portion of our roof by 11 a.m. Cleanup occurred during and after in an extremely thorough manner. Needless to say, we are impressed and will have the remainder of the roof replaced, probably next summer, by this business.

Mr. Rodriguez answered my call immediately. He was able to look at our roof the same day, and this was the day after a big rainstorm. I imagine he had other calls about leaky roofs. He and his assistant were friendly and professional. He immediately identified the source of the leak; it turned out to be a very simple issue that was fixed with a dab of sealant. I will update this review if we see any more leaks, but so far so good. He also noted old hail damage. He explained the process of making a home insurance claim for hail damage. He emailed a quote for roof replacement just a few hours later. I 'm not sure if we will make the claim, but I did not feel pressured to do so either.

I was extremely impressed by how responsive and friendly Rodrigo and his team were. Rodrigo himself answered my call and was out looking at my roof *20 minutes later*. He determined that it wasn't an immediate concern since there was another layer of intact shingle below. As promised, a couple days later he and a worker arrived and they handled the job extremely quickly and professionally. They even hammered down a couple loose shingles that they noticed while up on the roof. They found the missing shingle and disposed of it for me too. We will definitely use Rodriguez roofing for a bigger job in the future.

They were very fast and efficient. The price came in pretty good compared with others. They did not accept the check until we were totally satisfied with absolutely everything they did. They did do a little bit of damage to the drywall but they are fixing it. They are also repairing one of the gutters that got damaged free of charge. So they are trying to do a really good job. I was happy with them.

We were really impressed with this company. Great customer service skills and very professional. Their price was great, and they seemed to really know what they were doing. We had a bathroom vent that was venting into the attic. This was causing some problems and we had needed to get the bathroom vent vented to the outside for awhile. Chris was able to immediately identify this problem just by looking at the roof, while no other roofing company even mentioned it. Very impressive! I would highly recommend this roofing company. They worked very hard, and the new roof looks amazing!

It was refreshing to work with Ramiro and his team -- contractors who are professional, work fast and clean up after themselves. I liked the quality of the product and the price. A good experience all around.

Rodriquez provided expert advise and did the work that took care of a leaking roof we had for over 10 years. Mad City Roofing was unable to provide a solution, but Rodriguez knew what was needed and handled it very professionally and on time. In addition, they were very honest about what was needed and didn't press to do more than that. I would highly recommend them to anyone for roofing work!

I called for an estimate on our roof and they were able to get out the same day. They were on time and took care to inspect everything I asked. He answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed at all, and was able to email me my estimate the next day. Great service and I look forward to working with them.

At 10am I called Rodriguez and described the problem---some shingles were lifting up from the center of my roof. At 3pm I am in my study and hear knocking sounds. I figure it's my wife arriving home. And oh my, she's up on the roof! Well, a couple of men from Rodrguez, unannounced, were up repairing my roof in three spots, two more than I noticed myself from the ground. They said my roof was fine, would last forever, but wasn't venting properly because the vent that was installed with the roof 5 years earlier was narrow and cheap. They said they would send an estimate for a new vent; I added they should bill me for their work. They said no, not necessary. Well of course that's the perfect thing to say...because now I cannot wait to give them business.

Everything went smoothly. Prompt response to my call, they showed up on time, very polite, friendly and professional. Large skylight was installed and no problems! Will definitely be calling them when it's time to re-roof our home. Thanks for doing such a great job!

It was great! It went very well and they were on time. They finished within a half a day because they had a large crew. I thought that they were very professional and so far they did a great job because there's nothing leaking and it's been a year or so. They seem to know a more modern way of doing the venting and seem very knowledgeable. Their price was competitive because we got vents.

I had a big hole in my roof, and Chris and his team fixed it right up. I thought I was going to have to repair the whole roof, but Chris told me that it was a smaller issue (just a ridge repair) and gave me a good estimate. He came to fix it within a few days (it was really rainy), and the whole process was easy. The only thing I would change is I didn't know when they were coming, and it would have been nice to have had a head's up so the banging wouldn't have been a surprise, but that's minor compared to having a good fixed roof.

I got them off Angies List and they were good. I would recommend them to others. The customer service was good as far as setting up for sale and all that stuff. They came in and did the job quickly. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and their price compared to others were ridiculously cheaper than other quotes and the job was also just better than others.

We had several estimates on our house and my husband was impressed with Chris right away. Chris was easy to talk to and made sure we were well pleased with the results. Our house was built sometime in the 1890's, and it looks like a new house now. The workers were very nice and professional. All the debris was hauled away when they were done. The house was done in about a week in a half, even though we had snow several days, and very cold temperatures. The one window we did have replaced was installed perfectly. We would not hesitate to call on them again to work on our house. It was nice to work with them and we looked forward to coming home everyday and seeing the changes.We were very happy with the end result.

The work went very well. Some additional wood plywood backing was provided at the stated amount. As stated above the work was completes in the six hours.

I could not be more pleased! The gentleman was very professional, friendly & knew just what to do. We've had quite a few house repair issues come up, & with many of the other services/companies I've felt like they saw us less like a client/customer and more like a big dollar sign (to squeeze as much money as they could out of); not this time - the service was very reasonably priced & I never felt gouged. Seems like that should be the standard, but has become so rare I feel like cheering or leaping for joy. :)

They came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. Very polite and helpful, and the estimate was emailed to me within 24 hours. We ran into some snowy weather, so they were not able to perform the work for a couple of weeks, but as soon as the weather cleared, they came out, tore off the old roof, and had the new roof in place the same day. It looks great, and it was as quick and painless as it possibly could have been. I would not hesitate to recommend them - they were quick, efficient, and professional in everything they did.

This company was low bidder for our roof. They did a great job and were on time. I'd definitely recommend them.

So, by golly I like these people! I can't say enough nice things about Chris Jordan! He is the most responsive person I have ever dealt with. As another reviewer said, Chris Jordan never seems to sleep. I sent an email past 10PM one night with a question about the soffits, thinking he'd see it in the morning, and within half an hour or so, he answered my email! I swear he also lives with his cell phone. More than once, I had called, expecting to leave a voice mail for him to get during regular working hours and I got a call right back. This was while the job was being done as well as with the quote. Once, when I wasn't sure if somebody was supposed to come over that night to finish something up (this was for some inside work that was separate from Chris' company, but he had connected me with the person), I called to ask for contact information and within 15 minutes the person showed up! Wow! He didn't even have to do that, since he wasn't responsible for this other person. But he did it anyway. And I have to give him full credit for putting up with me. This is no small thing - I'm sort of obsessive about things. I think about something and research it for a year or two before finally doing the deed, so he had to put up with all my collected-up detailed questions about the products, the process, which brands, etc. He was patient and nice the whole time. As for the roofing itself: The tear-off was so quick, it was finished before I had a chance to go out and see how they were doing. Very clean. They brought their own dumpster so there was no worrying about scheduling when to have the driveway clear. And neat as a pin. I have yet to find a roofing nail anywhere in the yard. Now, I've re-roofed a house before (in AZ) with my brothers, and I know how hard it is to keep those nails and bits of old asphalt from flying everywhere. The workers were polite and didn't make a mess. The metal roof was installed by a different crew. Now, if you're looking for a quickie one-day re-roofing job, don't expect that with a metal roof. I watched them install it and it's a lot of work. You have to screw everything together and, of course, cutting steel isn't as speedy as cutting asphalt shingles. That roof won't blow off, though. Any wind that would blow off those shingles is probably going to take off the rest of the top of the house, in which case the shingles would be the least of my problems. Those metal-roof guys worked hard. One day, it was sprinkling (for the first time in two months), but they showed up anyway. The metal roof feels different than shingles when you're walking on it. It has the grit on it so you don't slide off (and it makes it look like asphalt shingles). I hear the rain more than the old asphalt roof, but it sounds like rain on an asphalt roof - it doesn't go plink plink plink, which I was a little worried might happen. I used to live in an old house with aluminum siding, and when it rained, it really plinked. I like the sound of the rain on the roof (and the skylights, too), so I'm glad I can hear it a little better than before. It's good for going to sleep by. We went with metal for two reasons. Well, three. Well, amongst the reasons: the pesky racoons in our neighborhood aren't going to be able to scratch and chew through this roof like they did the other one; we can now laugh at hailstorms; we're not worried about the wind removing shingles; our house roof won't catch on fire from sparks landing on it if a neighbor's house is on fire (I'm from the arid Southwest and this is something people worry about). This roof will outlast me and my husband. By decades. The gutters and soffits were installed by a different crew after the roof was done. They were also neat and polite. I did have some questions about how the soffit was going up, but Chris cleared it up right away. So far, the gutters have proven well up to the task, but we haven't had any really good gully-washer storms this year (%$#@! drought) to put them to the ultimate test. These gutters are wider than the previous ones because we have a lot of roof to drain and not too many places where downspouts can go. Originally we were going to get the kind of leaf covers that are like lids (we have 12 mature oaks in the 10000 suare foot lot, plus four other trees and the neighbors' trees), but when they saw that those would not work with the metal roof (because you have to shove them under the shingles but the metal roof is attached at the edge), they talked to us about it and showed us the alternatives. We chose the kind that look kind of like scrubby pads or the filters that come with some window air conditioners. They're keeping the leaves out, but I can see that I'll want to brush them off from time to time because dense things like acorns tend to settle along the edges. The soffits look great. We'll find out this winter if the improved airflow in our attic prevents the ice dams we've had for years. Assuming we get any snow, that is... I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone looking to re-roof their house. Why I like them so much, when I found out Chris Jordan also does window replacements, I asked him for a quote for those, too. (But that's a different review in the future)

Wow! This company did a great job. They were quick and efficient. When we signed the proposal, they were up on the roof 3 days later. They were considerate and called ahead to see where to place the dumpster. The morning they started work, about 8 cars came rolling in about 7 am. The owner of the company was on site and worked alongside with the rest of the workers. We have a large roof with many roof lines, so they ripped and replaced about half the roof the first day and and then ripped and replaced the remaining roof the next day. The third day another crew of 3 or 4 came and started the gutters and worked until it became too dark to see. They were back on the fourth day and completed the gutters that day. DONE in four days. As far as clean up they did a good job. If you are ultra picky there were a few nails and pieces of shingle tangled in some shrubs but nothing major. I know if I had wanted this resolved, someone would have cleaned it to my satisfaction. Also they are VERY reasonably priced. If you have a tight budget, this the perfect company. Finally, this company is very responsive. We had a million questions and it took us awhile to to settle upon these folks as we researched other roofers in order to make the best choice. Chris, who handles the paperwork and the proposals, was patient, professional, and explained any concerns that we had. Great workers AND nice people! The only unknown at this point is how the roof will hold up, but as Chris pointed out, workmanship is guaranteed for 20 years.

Overall my experience with rodriguez roofing was excellent! They showed up on time for a free estimate. while they were there they even checked my roof for any repairs that may have been needed. I was then scheduled me for the next morning. The crew arrived and started working immediately and seemed very efficient. my small one story house was complete and looked great in only a few hours. The crew even took time out to ask my preference on the most connivent downspout location . the clean up and professional courtesy was GREAT!

I was very pleased with Rodriguez Quality Roofing when they re-roofed my house a couple of years ago. They had brought in a large crew and did my house in a day and a half. They did the same thing this time with a crew of 14 who all had specific jobs to do and did them well. They showed up early am when promised and worked to 7 pm the first day getting most of the roof weather tight. A smaller crew returned the second day and were done about noon. I happened to notice that a metal chimney pipe had partially separated inside the house and were able to catch part of the crew before they left. They spent another 45 minutes getting that chimney fixed and reflashed. 25 sheets of decking were used to replace or add over the open area at a very reasonable price of $20/sheet. Staging and cleanup went well although a few small tree limbs were destroyed unloading shingles and throwing down old roofing. They did have a tight area to work in with trees surrounding and over hanging the house and driveway. As an added touch they were even going to put matching shigles on a dog house on their own - I instead asked them to remove and trash the dog house as we were not going to have pets. It was very helpful to be available to answer questions and get things like a bathroom fan vent re-routed from a side wall to a roof vent during the roofing process. I have recommended this company to others in our neighbor and two other owners have had them re-roof their houses in the past two years with positive results.

I had a leak in my roof. I had a new roof put in less then a year ago and apparently the flat part of the roof was not part of the "new roof" put in. I'm no expert when it comes to home repairs so I assumed when I got the roof done, it was for the whole roof and not just the shingles. Anyways, the flat part of the roof had a leak and it took three days for the original company to come out to look at it and another few days before they can fix it. They quoted me 3 times the amount I paid. I got a quote from Rodriguez Quality Roofing, Siding, and Window, and they were able to fix it the next day and it only took them a couple of hours. I appreciated how quickly they were able to come out to fix my problem and the reasaonablness of their pricing. I would definitely use them again.
