We contacted Rodriguez Quality Roofing, Siding, and Windows on a Sunday night through Angie's List due to a leak in our kitchen and they got back to us right away. They cam out the next day to look at the roof and were able to identify the problem in a few minutes. They sent us a quote within a couple of days and completed the job on Thursday of the same week. We thought the turn around for all aspects of the project were extremely prompt. The crew was large, they got the job done fast and everyone was very courteous. You could hardly tell that they replaced any shingles, since Mr. Rodriguez knew the make and color of our shingles just by looking at them. So far so good on the work a couple of months later! At this point, we would definitely call them again if another problem with our roof occurred.

I contacted Rodriguez Quality around 2:45 on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend after a fire damaged the side of our house. The Madison fire department had to cut a hole into the side of our house to make sure the fire hadn't spread into our walls, which we had to protect from water. I called at least a dozen other siding companies, without luck, but thankfully got Chris Jordan from Rodriguez on my first call. Amazingly, after only a few emails with Chris, they had a employee repairing the damage before 4:00 pm. To my further amazement, the Rodgriguez team allowed us to leave for the afternoon without any prepayment. When we returned, the work was completed and I had already received an unsolicited emailed invoice from Chris Jordan summarizing the work (with pictures) for insurance purposes. Coincidentally, my wife and I ran into the employee that performed the work on our house the next day at Home Depot. We had a very friendly conversation and he proudly offered his services for any future work we would need done. In the end, the work was very well done, a bargain ($150 for an emergency repair on a holiday weekend!), and everyone at Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with. They come highly recommended.

up on the roof, but they worked all afternoon w/o taking a break. A two man crew came out on a subsequent Saturday, and spent most of the afternoon powerwashing the roof. They just used water and no chemicals because they were afraid chemicals might change the color of the roof. I think the work took a lot longer than they'd anticipated, because they ran out of gas for the power washer, and were going into town to buy more, but I told them to use some of my mower gas. It was a very windy day, and they got very wet, but they worked all afternoon w/o taking a break. When they were done, the roof looked brand new.. Their work certainly met, and probably even exceeded my expectations, and I thought the price was more than reasonable for the work done. If I ever needed roofing work done again, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company and would recommend them w/o qualification

Fantastic, did the entire roof job one day and another day for the gutters. Looks great, great price too. Use a high quality, well warranted shingle. Left the job site clean. Don't hesitate to contact this contractor!

The owner a man named Romero Rodriguez a long time Madison resident I learned, supervised the crew as they installed the shingles and also some siding repairs. I had just had the roof done two years prior to the storm, and had a lot of moisture in the bathroom. Romero ask me to come up on the roof to show me that the other company had not bothered to hook up my bathroom vents to the roof venting. He also showed my how the plywood installed by the previous roofer had already been compromised by the moisture, it was very spongy. Thankfully his estimate had included some plywood installation. Mr. Rodriguez was very polite and concerned with getting the job done correctly. He and his crew started early in the morning, and had the entire roof done by dinner time. He and His workers all seemed very happy and were a pleasure to work with. Mr. Rodriguez also allowed me to throw out some junk into the dumpster truck he used,more good news saving me a trip to the dump. The workers finished the job, used a giant magnet to sweep the entire lawn for misplaced nails and told me that I could call back for another magnet sweeping if I discovered other nails. They understood I had children and did not want a child to get stuck with a nail. I did find another nail in the grass, and they came out and re-swept the yard with the magnet, that is the type of service that I look for. My neighbor Phil observed the roofing job and he selected Rodriguez Roofing as well. This is definitely a company I will recommend to anybody I know who needs Roofing or Siding work done.

Went as well as it could with such a small job. Had a couple guys out the day after signing the contract, only took a couple hours max. A few other companies I contacted were not interested in such a small job. I probably could have done it myself, but had a hard time convincing my wife it was ok for me to take a circular saw to our roof...

Very well. They showed up when scheduled and completed the work very quickly. I was glad that they were able to replace roof so fast as the weather was already quite cold. The grounds around the house was clean when they left as well. Job well done.

I have a chimney that extends out thru my garage up to my second floor and I had some moisture leaking in and soaking my OSB board in my garage. Also had water dripping in and causing ice in my garage with such bitter cold winter conditions. Ramiro came out the morning after I called him along with Chris and looked at my chimney. He said the step flashing around bottom part of chimney was incorrect and the top flashing may need to be replaced. Saturday 12/28 was my last chance for temps to get this done and they came out in the morning and worked for a good 4 or 5 hours. They had to remove a bunch of shingles and put them back on (Ramiro knew the exact color just by looking at it). They replaced the upper flashing on my second floor and corrected the incorrectly installed step flashing on bottom. They also added a cricket to help water channel away from the chimney and corrected an incorrectly installed vent for a radon mitigation system. Ramiro also noticed that there was some warmer air coming from the attic causing some icles to build up so he added insulation and caulked the whole thing. Basically the leaking is now stopped and I couldn't be more happier. I was very grateful he could come on that Saturday to fix this now that the temps are in the negatives and seemed to do a lot of good work for the price. Ramiro confirmed my suspicions I should look into having a chimney liner installed since he saw some sweating around the chimney. He doesn't do chimney liners but they gave me a name of a guy who is coming tomorrow to look at it. RQ Roofing is my new go-to roofer and sider. Thanks again!

Roofing company did a great job and finished major repair work as a rush job,despite bitter cold December weather and a few delays caused by other circumstances. My house is now protected from weather, and the garage is secure. The incredible crew worked efficiently, protected my possessions that were in the area, and cleaned up the garage and driveway completely. More work is ongoing, but I have confidence in their expertise and professionalism. In addition, thy owner and his manager checked inside the main attic of my home at my request, took photos of some moisture problems and provided advice.

All went well. I had a little trouble staying in communication with Chris in the office, who works for Ramiro, but we figured things out. The crew came on time and got right to work. The shingles were taken off. Several rotting plywood boards were replaced with osb boards. This was an extra charge, but Ramiro had explained that when doing the estimate. So, it was not a surprise when we received the bill. New underlayment was put down. New ice and water shield was installed 6 feet from the bottom of all edges of the roof and up all valleys. They installed a new gutter apron, new step flashing, new ridge vents, etc. Extra insulation was recommended above a bay window and they were able to get some insulation quickly and install it. They installed more soffit vents to help air circulation and help prevent ice dams in the future. During this process, the workers were very accommodating when I came up on the roof to see how things were going. They were a very pleasant and hard-working crew. They thoroughly cleaned up all around the yard. Overall, they did an awesome job replacing the back portion of our homes' roof. After a few years of dealing with the roof leaking problems, my husband and I now feel confident that our roof, at least the back half that Rodriguez Quality Roofing replaced, will not leak anymore! We will definitely hire this company to replace the front half of our roof when the time comes.

I chose Rodirguez Roofing for the high quality of the materials specified in their bid; and for their reputation for quality workmanship, professionalism, and integrity as a business. In the end, the job met all expectations of quality materials and workmansip; The crew arrived 6:45 on the designated day: They brought a crew of 18 and worked together like a choreographed drill team. It was impressive to watch.The crew were also also friendly respectful and pleasant. (We brought them a cooler of gatorades we were so impressed) They explained the materials, and how it all fit together: So I know they used expensive, quality material in the underlying protective layers, and used them generously. They got the job done in a day, which was no small feat because there were 4 layers to tear-off, and we have a craftsman home with many gables and valleys in the roof, requiring flashing and fitting. I am also left Impressed and respectful of Ramiro Rodriguez as a businessman: We had difficulty communicating with the business manager Chris Jordan. The original bid had been priced according to the assumption that the base-layer of our old roof was cedar shake shingle. At tear-off, it became clear there was no layer of cedar, only a single row of cedar shingles at the edge. Chris had difficulty adjusting the billing. Because Rodriguez Roofing has a solid reputation for business Integrity, however, I wrote to Mr Ramiro Rodriguez directly . His response was immediate, gracious, and courteous: He came that same day to review the job, and adjusted the billing to what we considered fair. I would definitely recommend Rodriguez Rooifing: They do it Right, and its worth it.

My Realtor referred me. She has had clients and family work with Rodriguez Quality Roofing. Received competitive quotes. Came as scheduled with a large group of roofers. They completed the roofing in one day. Had a neighbor tell me (I was at work) that they were very efficient. I couldn't tell they were even at the house when I got home, other than a new roof. No mess. Clean-up was excellent. During the week, had gutters and downspouts replaced. Also had a leaf filter system installed. Job was completed in 2 days. Met the installer he was pleasant to speak to. I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them.

They were very good, but we did not decide to go with them. They had the lowest estimate and I called them because they were listed on Angie's List. They were very friendly. We ended up going with a green-certified company instead, but we would have gone with Rodriguez if we had not gone with the green company.

First of all they rescheduled the job to start a day earlier than planned. Then they showed up ten minutes early, started work immediately, and finished before 1 pm. Then they cleaned up so well you never would have known they had been there except for the new roof. I was very impressed with their punctuality and professionalism. The new roof looks great and the workmen did an excellent job. They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. We would hire them again and recommend Rodriguez Quality Roofing to others.

Ramiro's crew descended upon our roof at 7:00 in the morning with hammer blows like Vikings en route to Valhalla. It was a sight to behold. The (very) large crew (20? 25?) had the roof completely stripped, prepped, and re-installed in an amazing three hours and forty minutes. I have to admit that initially, my gut reaction was, "How can something done so fast possibly be done well?" Then I inspected the finished job. The final job looked great. No waves, no crooked shingle lines, or any other "off looking" things about it. From what we've seen internally, based on the last several rains, we've had no leaks around any of the valleys, vents, or other fixtures. They did a fantastic job of cleanup after the installation (outside of the house). We've only found four nails around the outside of the house and two of those were stuck in a weird place they wouldn't have probably thought to look--in the crook of our pergola. The only thing I'd offer potential customers caution about is the aftermath of the inside of your garage--there was a lot of debris from where they had to cut sheathing to install the ridge vents. I had my garage door shut and would advise customers to cover up their cars with a large tarp to keep the sawdust and small scraps off of your vehicle. I think maybe the crew could have given me a heads-up about that. However, it was a very minor thing that doesn't really affect my overall satisfaction with the final job. Afterward, Rarmiro's project manager, Chris(?) did a walk around with me and explained to me about the warranty and guarantee of materials and work and generally made sure I had any questions answered post-installation. The work performed was very good. Unfortunately has been very difficult to contact and keep in contact with this company. We called several time and were never called back. We had to give our phone number and email address several time. Overall they are very inorganized which is too bad because we think their work was very good and their estimates was honest. They did not push us to spend more and were respectful of our needs.

From first contact to conclusion of the project, we found this company to be wonderful to work with. Their prompt and responsive replies answered all our questions and kept the job moving along. Customer service was paramount with them. In addition, they used quality materials and people, insuring satisfaction. They kept a clean and professional work site. We would not hesitate to heartily recommend them. We were very pleased.

Rodriquez Roofing, number 1, had the lowest price. In addition, that price included an upgrade in the venting system, extra insulation that was needed, a replacement of downspouts and, especially, the extras I asked if could be done inside my garage to give me true peace of mind regarding a raccoon problem I've had in the past. I asked if it would be possible to install a barrier on either end of the garage up by the rafters so that if a raccoon entered my garage, they could not enter into the roof. This turned out to involve a lot more than they had originally thought that it would, but I was not charged more for this. The workman who came to do this, after the roof had been done the day before, said, "Whatever it takes." And it was a great job. I also had asked if they could install a sliding door up where the access port to the roof was. They did a great job with this, as well. I really doubt that there are many roofers who would have done these extras that give me such peace of mind. I am very, very happy with my beautiful roof, my beautiful (raccoon proof) venting and the extras that keep out those pesky, unwanted visitors. I highly, highly recommend these folks. They're just great!

Called and spoke with Chris Jordan at 2pm on December 7th about my small roofing job. By 4pm that same day, they had come out to my house, evaluated the work and sent me an estimate via email. Wow! We were off to a great start. I opted to pay a little more and have them find and provide the shingles to match my roof. That proved more difficult than they had thought since the company that made my roof shingles was bought out by another and they no longer make shingles in the color or size I have on my roof. In the end, I went to ABC Supply and purchased a bundle of shingles myself. I called Chris at 9am on December 14 to let him know I had the shingles and they were in my driveway. He said they would be over before noon to do the job and that is exactly what happened. When I got home at 12:30 that day, my roof was repaired! I was extremely pleased with their responsiveness and the job they did is quite adequate and the price was very fair.
