Everything went extremely well. The quote was very detailed & comprehensive and matched the final bill. They offered a high quality option for shingles. See above. The bid from Rodriguez was well below two others we received. Won't name the others, but we were surprised by how much more they wanted to do the job. Being retired, I was concerned about the cost, but also the quality of the work. As noted in comments above and our rating, we are pleased with the results.

We had a roofing job that another company wouldn't touch--older house, unique roof shape and structure. Ramiro Rodriguez met with me personally, proposed an approach, and presented a bid that was competitive. The crew came when expected. They were very careful about our plants, lighting, etc.--not only did they move our things out of the way, they moved it back when they were done! We have a beautiful roof, repaired sofits, and new gutters and downspouts. There was good communication throughout.

The question is asked if I will use them again. I am in the process of moving from one old home to another. I had to get some repairs done on the place we are moving out of, that is why I called them. I need some repair work done on the new home, and I am absolutely going to use them for the next house.

Found Ramiro a pleasure to work with. Was very competitive on price and delivered a quality product/service. Very happy with new roof. His crew was professional and very considerate of the many planting surrounding our house. Would use again for any future roof work.

I contacted the company to request an estimate for a leak in one of my spare rooms. They responded promptly to my request via Angie's List messaging and scheduled a meeting the next morning at 8am with me to come to the house to assess the damage and provide an estimate. They not only did not show up, but didn't call either. I still have heard nothing from them. Will not contact again in the future.

We had a 150 pound tree limb come down onto our porch roof near the eave during a very windy day. I called Rodriguez Roofing to get a quote on a repair. Craig came out almost right away and surveyed the damage. He placed a protective shingle on the roof until final repairs could be made. I got a quote from them for $450 to fix the roof. I decided to do the repair myself a few days later since they were pretty busy and I didn't want to take him away from his other work for such a minor repair. Craig was very responsive with the quote and polite when I canceled the service. I would definitely use them again, as our new house will need a new roof in the future.

They were very nice and pleasant to work with but I decided not to have the job done. Their service was excellent. They came very quickly and explained everything to me. The owner was the only one who came out and he was prompt. What stood out was the feeling that I got personal service.

The job went very well and all issues were addressed. I was shown pictures of the completed work (I'm not very good on ladders!) and everything was explained well. The crew was very friendly and cleaned up the area and finished the job in just under 4 hours. I will definitely call them with future roof work.

Absolutely great. He was really quick to respond to our inquires. He said they would be here at 7 in the morning and around 5 minutes to 7 the crew was here. A really fine tuned team. They were awesome. We also have a sky/solar light that appeared that a little piece of shingle had slipped into it. Then we realised that it was a piece of the tube was jarred. We called Mr. Rodriguez, to tell him what had happened. He came over an hour later and reimbursed us for having that light adjusted.

I had to replace the boards on my roof. I used him because he had good reviews on Angie’s Lists. They got it all done in one day and they cleaned up.

I was pleased with the fast response and politeness by Ramiro (owner) on all contacts and correspondences. We ultimately chose RQR because of the many positive Angie's List responses. The work itself looked fine from ground level; it was not possible for me to inspect up close because we have a 2-story house with difficult access to the roof. We were pleased with the appearance of the product used to finish the roof; nice look. RQR came and finished the job in one day which was excellent. They were very neat with the work and the cleanup. A few flowers were trampled by workers in the front, but fortunately it was the end of the growing season and it makes no difference at all. Ramiro even stopped by about 10 days later or so -- he saw that I was home, and knew that my wife had asked a recent question in an email, so he stopped in person and explained a detail of the job -- this is going above and beyond, and it was appreciated. There was only one minor surprise, and that is, on the day of the work when Ramiro was explaining the work content, he mentioned that he was not going to redo a section over a small added bedroom which I thought was going to be done. After discussing, he explained that the small roof portion was more recently roofed and did not need the work. I was okay with that, but I guess I would have liked to see that exclusion in writing (on review of the contract, no excluded portions were written down). Overall we were very pleased with RQR and would highly recommend them.

Provider followed up on return call promptly. They showed up at my house on time. They felt certain they found the leak and fixed it. They also looked around in the area where they were and touched up some things. I am very happy with them. I felt they knew what they were doing and I trusted them.

.The contractor quickly scheduled an appointment to provide an estimate and came as agreed. He provide an itemized quote and when I asked provided proof of insurance from his insurance carrier. The quote was on the low side of the estimates I had gotten from other contractors. We scheduled an appointment to have the roof done. A large crew showed up on time and quickly removed the old shingles and completed the reroofing by 4:00 the same day. They had completed the clean up and were done by 5pm. I watched as they did the job and they did everything according to the quote. When it came time to settle up the adjustment to the price for the amount of decking replaced was less than the agreed upon price. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the job they did and I would use them again.

I contacted them in the afternoon on 9/16 an they were able to come out that evening to take a look. They came by and took pictures so we could understand what the damage was. They gave us an estimate of $100 and used materials that they already had in their truck. Provided photos of the finished work as well. They were very polite, professional and quick. Very happy with the work that they did and highly recommend them.

This company was very efficient and straight-forward with their estimate and follow-thru with the job. We received the estimate within a few days of calling and the company started work the following week. They completed the roofing part of the job in one day and the gutter replacement by the end of the next day. Their employees were friendly and respectful of our property and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. Overall we are very pleased with the finished job and would call them again for any future work we may need done!

It turns out there was no leak. I offered to pay for their time and trip but the owner said no it was part of his customer service. I am was very impressed with their service last August and again yesterday.

They were also easy to communicate with by email.
