Description of Work: When I called to arrange a visit for a roof replacement quote they seemed professional. However, they never arrived. When I called them to ask about our scheduled appointment I was informed they had "forgotten about it completely" and we're on the opposite side of town. I will not be using any contractor so unprofessional -- how could I trust them to follow up in case of a problem with their work, or even to install on time when they can't even keep a quick, simple appointment or make a courteous phone call? This is the third roofer from Angie's List that has done this type of thing. Why is it so difficult to find trustworthy, professional contractors?

Description of Work: They replaced our leaky roof. The price was exceptional. The only problem is that several years later we discovered that a worker had sliced into installed tiles while cutting other tiles, causing a roof leak. That carelessness was a disappointment.

Description of Work: Tear off 3 layers of shingles and reshingle my 25 square roof.

Description of Work: The roof of our breezeway which connects the house and garage had been leaking, and Rodriguez Roofing did the repair job for us. Ramiro was able to schedule the job quickly, and the crew was prompt, friendly, and professional. Ramiro invited me up onto the roof to show me what had been done wrong when the previous owners had the original job done, why it was therefore leaking, and what they were doing about the problem. Some rotted sheathing was replaced, the valleys were appropriately sealed, and the roof was covered with architectural shingles. During the job they also noticed that the vent for our nearby bathroom fan was not appropriately wrapped and so replaced rotting sheathing there and rewrapped it. Also added ridge vents to the garage. These last two parts I consider extra from the original plan, but I'm glad that they were done, and no charge was added for them. They finished the job in less than 5 hours. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We had some minor roof damage from a wind storm. Another contractor was going to charge $500 to fix the problem... Rodriguez Quality Roofing came and evaluated and fixed the problem on the same day... and charged a very low fee... We truly appreciate their honesty and promptness... Thanks so much...

Description of Work: Inspected gutters on the house, cleaned them, gave pros & cons of leaf guards. Very nice guys to have working on our home.

Description of Work: Re-roofed duplex, added insulation. They did an excellent job. The workers were a respectful, happy group who worked well together. We were very impressed with the owner and his team of workers. They took only 3 days, and left the property clean every day they were here.

Description of Work: Tore off four layers of roof, repaired damaged areas and put on new roof! Did an awesome job. Started at 7:00. Done by 3:00.

Description of Work: RQR repaired rotting wood around the chimney and replaced old shingles with new. I do not know how difficult it is to find matching shingles, but making a closer match is the only thing I would have liked better. The guys even replaced some heating tape that another company's workmen had taken down and left down just as a good will gesture.

Description of Work: The crew removed and disposed of the old roofing, installed new shingles, ridge vents, two exhaust fan vents, three sewer vent flashings, two chimney flashings, ice and water shield in the valley and around whole perimeter. They repaired rotten decking where needed. The house is a large ranch with eaves all the way around. A very large crew worked hard and did the whole job in a day. The job went very smoothly -- the Rodriguez crew worked like a well-oiled machine with top-notch workmanship. The workers were respectful and their clean-up was immaculate. This was a very good experience; I highly recommend Rodriguez Quality Roofing, Siding and Windows, and would not hesitate to call them again for future projects. The new roof looks great!
