Ramiro and Chris were responsive to my messages and questions. Ramiro and his crew worked from sun-up to sun-down to tear-down our old roof and and install the new roof. Ramiro was fantastic to work with and all of his crew was courteous throughout the day. At the end of the job, Ramiro even invited me up to look at the roof. The price was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier.

IMPRESSIVE! It was so refreshing to witness the teamwork of the Rodriguez Quality Roofing crew. Everyone worked efficiently and with pride. They took great care to "do the job right." My home's exterior and landscaping was protected during the messy tear off process and the clean up was impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Great job!

They were fantastic. They did the work a week after they did the quote. They hand nailed and double nailed all the shingles, which you don't see any more according to our next-door neighbor who is an ex-roofer. Everyone else using nail guns. One of the shingles came off the roof and broke a light fixture. They went out to replace it and couldn't find the light fixture so they replaced all four of the light fixtures around our house so they would all be the same. That was going above and beyond; we could live with that. They were over $3,000 lower than another company that we got an estimate from.

They gave an accurate estimate-it was the most reasonable of 3 estimates, they did hand nailing and cleaned up spotlessly after the job. I would highly recommend them.

Communication was courteous. They repeatedly did not show to do the initial estimate and then repeatedly did not show for the actual repair, but a) they were extremely busy at this time of year (though I still would prefer a realistic time frame be given, rather than an optimistic one that's not met and then not acknowledged until we called to find out what happened) and b) this seems to be relatively endemic to the roofing industry given our extreme difficulty getting anyone to show for estimates, and our past experience getting the whole roof done 10 years ago. Rodriquez is extremely knowledgeable about roofing, and gave us a lot of detailed information about our roofing situation, and generously offered to help us in gathering information/etc. we'll need for making a warranty claim on our 10 year old defective roof. He is extremely friendly and easy to deal with, which is often not the case for us with contractors and repair people. Rodriguez Quality Roofing performed the repairs in just a few hours for an incredibly good price and with no hassle. I will most likely use them in the spring to do our roof replacement, and will happily recommend them to friends/family with a simple caveat to be prepared for a few possible delays along the way to getting a good/great job done at a great price.

They did the work when they said they would, and they did it within the price range they had estimated. They were pleasant to work with.

Mr Rodriguez came promptly and provided a fair estimate. Once we agreed to do the work, he was quick and did a great job.

We had a hail storm on a Saturday morning. On Sunday I called Ramiero and he was over that afternoon to do an inspection. He said we would need a new roof. It took a few day to getting insurance approval. Then we signed a contract with Rodriquez. On the day the roof was to be replaced, they arrived at 7 am and by about 9 am had the roof torn off. We inspected the plywood and jointly decided it needed to be replaced. This was replaced at $20 per sheet. The crew of 10 worked diligently and efficiently. They took a 30 minute lunch and were right back on the job. In addition there was a grounds crew, they worked to protect the landscaping, plantings, and pick-up of roof debries. When they left, our yard had never looked better. The old materials were hauled away and the complete job was finished by 5:30 pm. Their price was very reasonable, workmanship top quality and warranties the best around. This is a very good company to work with--they exceeded our expectations in every way.

The roofer was terrific and I couldn?t have been happier. They were phenomenal and they couldn?t have been better. We found them online. Their price was good. They did a phenomenal job with excellent quality materials. They came back to check on it. They did a wonderful job. We would recommend them to other people and we have also recommended them to anybody who wanted to get the roofing job done.

It went very well, they were FAST, arrived promptly, got right to work and were done before noon- with EVERYTHING. Ramiro (the owner of the company) was very responsive and we really appreciated the referrals to the gutter service and the landscaper. Everyone did a great job and the price was great- over 1K less than other estimates for better materials (for example, ridge vents instead of the existing vent openings- architectural shingles instead of 20 year shingles.) We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to hire Rodriguez Quality Roofing.

They came when they said they would come. They finished the job when they said they would. They were extremely careful working around the house. They were quite thorough and it was a positive experience.

The experience was wonderful from start to finish. Ramiro came over within a couple hours of my call for an estimate and completed the estimate right then. We had a total of three estimates for the job and this company was competitive, but not the lowest. The project was a tricky one that included correcting some damage from a previously badly installed roof. Ramiro understood the situation well and had the best solution of the three contractors. We are so glad we went with this company. It rained on the selected date a couple times, but I was kept informed all the way about the proposed new dates. When the weather finally cooperated, they were on the job early in the morning and finished by later that evening. Everyone on the crew worked very hard and knew their jobs well. They acted professionally and worked well together. Ramiro supervised and consulted with me when appropriate. This was a good experience and I will use their services in the future.

Keep an eye on him. He likes to replace roof decking whether it needs replacing or not. Was messy during final stage. I found globs of black caulk on my front walk and deck. They did clean it up, however.

Ramiro and his crew were very easy to work with. Getting an estimate and detailed description of the proposed work was no problem. Scheduling the work was a bigger challenge because the rain this season put them behind schedule, however they did fit me in, even though they had to work on a Saturday. They showed up when they said they would, and even though the job ended up being more extensive than initially thought, it took only a couple of extra hours to complete. The work quality was exceptional, and the amount charged was more than fair for the amount of work they did. Their clean-up was extremely thorough as well-- they even went so far as to clean the windows in the skylights and remove a pile of wood debris from my yard without my even asking them to. That kind of extra attention to detail certainly sets them apart from other roofers and contractors. I was very pleased with the work they did and the overall experience.

Chris from Rodgriguez replied within a couple of hours of my call and was able to supply a quote the next day. The work was done in just one day less than a week later. When they moved the satellite dish, we lost internet connection. I called the next day and they came out to try to fix it. They were unable, but agreed to decrease the cost to make up for us getting service to fix it. Chris was very pleasant and professional.

I had heard from a friend they that do good work. I received many estimates and they were in the mid range. He had many people working with him, and was able to complete the work in 1 day. They had to take down the gutters and repair, and take down some soft wood, which he did well. Everything went according to plan except they replaced the gutters wrong so there was a sag in the middle so during rain and other precipitation, so an ice dam would form which caused the whole front gutter to hang straight down and I had to have someone else to repair it. And the stripping that goes under the roof he suggested brown, which I asked for white stripping since I didn't like the brown. Since he was in and out the workman installed both brown and white. When I asked about it he said he would come back to fix the stripping and the gutters. He never got back with me. In all the roofing work was excellent, but I did have a few problems with the other work.

Estimate was provided on 4/26/2010, the same day I called. The owner arranged to come out at the end of that day and look at the roof. I mentioned that I was a senior citizen, and he promptly reduced the estimate by 5% per his Angie's list advertisement. I said I was in no rush, and in fact wanted the work done after 5/21/2010 which the owner noted on the contract proposal. I got two more estimates in the next week and accepted the Rodriguez estimate on 5/7/2010 (owner came to my house to accept the signed proposal and answer any last minute questions). He also verified the existing shingle type from a bundle I had saved when the garage was roofed. He called about 1 week before starting the work confirming we would be available at that time. That gave me time to disconnect the attic fans and dish/antenna cables before his workmen arrived. His crew came promptly at 7 am on the day he said. There were 12 members in his crew all of whom were hard workers and knew the jobs they needed to do. Shingles and underlayment were quickly stripped and put in a large haul away trailer. The crew determined that a lot of the deck was in poor condition and needed replacement which I was shown and agreed to. They protected my sunspace windows and went right to work ripping up the existing deck. While open they laid in the insullation I provided; put in foam ventilation vents and new decking. They hauled away one trailer load of waste and had about another half load from the roof waste. They stopped for only about a half hour for lunch and did consult with me if they has questions. The re-roofing went quickly and with quality workmanship - rows of shingles were all kept straight. Decking and shingles were all hand nailed. By early evening they had made significant progress and asked if they could continue to work until dark. They did so and got to completely closing in the roof with only the top ridge vent to shingle, the top chimney to flash and various detail work to complete which they did the next morning with a three man crew. They used a magnetic sweeper to pick up stray nails which was probably 95% effective. I have found a few nails missed in cracks or hard to reach places. They should have removed four spot lights I had on the under side of the soffits at the peaks on two ends of the top roof before pounding on the top side. Three bulbs were broken or knocked out which had to be cleaned up on the driveway and deck and replaced when top work was done. They willing took care of the replacement following completion of the other work. The estimated time for the whole job completion was two days. They did the job in less than a day and a half. They also did not ask for any payment until the work was complete. I paid them at the end of the second day upon receiving the final bill. Cost was as quoted. The crew was professional in their work, respectful of the home owners, and workmanship guaranteed for ten years.

100+ year-old home in Historic District. There ended up being 3 asphalt layers in total--more than legal limit in county--with older cedar shingles still under the back roof. ~10-tons of debris hulled away in a 17-hour stretch over 2 days. First full day (a Monday): -Arrived @ 6:30 am, left @ 7:30 pm with 1 hour break for lunch. -Main roof finished (tear-off, re-sheet, new shingle), with new cricket @ chimney and attic fan installed (not wired, but in place); back roof torn off. Second Half-day (Tuesday): -Arrived @ 10:00 (rained all night--roof-in-progress was properly covered Monday night in anticipation), left @ 3:30 w/ no lunch break. Job completed. Clean-up and all. Removed all my old gutters and hauled them away too. Not sure how to describe the size of the roof since I don't have any measurements in front of me, but the interior square-footage is just over 1000 sq ft. per floor; 2-story craftsman with a 3rd story unfinished walk-up attic at a fairly steep pitch--I'd guess 30 feet from ground to peak. A pair of workers even went into the attic and cleaned up the mess from the tear-off onslaught. All workers were very friendly and polite; Ramiro (owner) was hands-on, doing much of the work himself and had no problem letting me climb the latter to check on progress once in a while and ask questions throughout. These workers are a well-oiled machine; everyone knew their role and I was completely amazed at how quickly and efficiently the work was completed. I highly recommend them.

Came out promptly to give us an estimate, returned on the day promised, finished all the work on time,on budget, and left no mess. Ramiro is a good man and a good businessman. What more can you ask for?

Mr. Rodriguez and his crew arrived promptly and immediately went to work. We were amazed at their speed and efficiency. The shop had a new roof in less than 3 hours and everything was cleaned up, too. My husband had toyed with the idea of replacing the roof himself, but after seeing their speed and teamwork, was very glad he didn't. We contacted Rodriquez Quality Roofing after researching roofers on Angie's List and are very happy we did. His price was very reasonable and workmanship excellent.

I needed to have my roof replaced due to hail damage. I looked for a contractor who was licensed, insured, and had a good rating with the Better Business Bureau. I also read the reviews here before deciding on this company. When I called for an estimate, Mr. Rodriguez was working on another project in the neighborhood, and arrived ten minutes after I called. His estimate was within the amount that the insurance adjustor had stated. My insurance company had authorized a new roof using standard material. Mr. Rodriguez used better quality shingles, and repaired the chimney flashing, both at no additional cost. Everything went well. The work was completed in one day with no problems or delays, and the site was comletely clean when the roofing crew left. Some contractors hire unskilled workers, and don't train or supervise them properly, but that was not the case with Rodriguez Roofing. This a very well-organized, professional business. Highly recommended.

Fantastic. Ramiro came out to fix a leak, and noticed hail damage. He worked with our insurance adjuster to get a new claim going, was on-site with him evaluating the damage, and his estimate came in very close to the insurance company's estimate. When he came on site to do the work, he brought a large group of very capable workers and got the job done quickly and cleanly. He even made improvements to the roof. A great experience all around.
