They were here and provided a comprehensive estimate (that was approved by the insurance company) and completed the work before the other roofer would have even come to give the initial estimate. They were timely, clean, professional, very courteous and great people to work with. I highly reccommend them and will use them again should the need arise.

They were incredible fast and did a very nice job. They also did a very good job of cleaning up. Lastly, they very promptly addressed any concerns that I had.

They rerouted the vents in our bathrooms. The initial builder had placed the vents too far back and they were not functioning propery. Rodriguez Quality Roofing realligned the vents and they work perfectly now. We are happy with their services.

The estimate was at least half of the other companies and they were rated so high that I had to try them. Everyone was prompt, friendly and very professional. The entire job was done and cleaned up in 1 day even though they had to work around me. They have a very efficient crew. My only complaint would be the bath vent installation which I corrected afterwards because it wasn't tightly sealed and leaked air into the attic. However, I hired them for the roof and with that I am very pleased. I waited a year to file my Angie's List report in case any surprises showed up and nothing ever did. Great company to work with.

I have been very satisfied with them. They did a very complete job, and it was done very quickly. They were great; they would not even take a lunch break, and I had to stop them and feed them myself. I got them from Angie’s List, and they were rated one of the best on there. Their price was very good. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

They did most of our whole neighborhood. I called them back due to an issue that we had them come back and they addressed it. They did the whole roof. They did the work in a timely fashion.

I paid $11,000 totally for their services. I had a positive experience with them. They were great at communicating. They were quick in getting back and let me know what was going on and about the schedule. Ultimately, I got fit in much earlier than expected, which was a surprise. They were very good. It was impressive to see the speed and quality at which they got everything done. They showed up a month early. I would use them again in the future.

Ramiro Rodriguez owns the company, and he's great. One of the best things he's done for his business is hire someone like Chris to handle communication with the customers so that he can focus on managing the crews and getting the work done. Chris is great! He's always available by phone or email. He get's the information to you that you need, and he's a pleasure to talk to. Ramiro was very prompt giving me an estimate. And he came back when the insurance adjustor was there. In addition, even though I had not yet signed a contract with them, when I emailed Chris to tell him that I had some shingles that had been flapping in the storm the prior night, within 2 hours I hear pounding on the roof. Ramiro was on my roof fixing the singles, at no charge! The crew showed up on the appointed day. They were careful to move anything that could get damaged by falling shinges, and to put tarps on the ground to catch the majority of the shingles. The crew were friendly and polite. They work long hours. It was very hot when they did my roof, so I supplied lots of bottled water on ice. They did a great job on the roof, and a great job cleaning up. Ramiro works with another man for the gutters (John, I think). He was great to work with too, and the gutters look great. I can't say enough good things about Rodriguez Quality Roofing. I wish all contractors would work the same manner that they do! Communication, on time, quality work and again, communication!!

Due to all the positive reviews on Angie's List that Rodriguez Roofing had been receiving, I knew that I would most likely end up with a positive experience, which we did! Chris Jordan was my primary contact and he was one of the best company representatives I have ever worked with. He was prompt, answered all my questions, and gave great advice and suggestions. We had two crews work on our roof and they were all friendly, professional, and very efficient. They completed our roof in a day. After the job was completed and for piece of mind (I have a small child), I asked if they could come back to re-check the yard for nails and debris - which they did. For a big project this was a stress free experience. I highly recommend them.

They were great! I felt from the beginning that I could trust them, that they were looking out for my best interests. We had a date set - about 2 weeks out but then an opening came up and they called to see if they could do it the next day. Since it was 8pm when I was able to return the message, I really didn't expect them to be able to respond so quick but there they were, promptly at 7am, just as they said they would be. They did a complete tear off, including cedar shakes on the 1st 3 feet. they replaced a couple rotted boards, replaced flashing around the chimney and even re-installed the TV antenna. No extra charges beyond the estimate, even though there clearly were a few extras like the boards and antenna. The crew was very friendly and respectful of our privacy. They did the complete job in 1 day with a crew of 8 or more guys, they did a nice job cleaning up. I got everything I had hopped for and more! I couldn't be happier.

RQ was promt in arriving for a scheduled appointment. They returned every call or email very quickly, their communication was superb. Their explanation of the work they would do and the manner in which it would be done was excellent. I never was left wanting more information, and they left me very confident that they would do a great job, which they did. The roof was done in 2 days, only because it started raining on the first day and they had to stop working. I had minimal siding damage to be repaired, but they did a great job. They got new siding for me, same color but the siding on the house is 8 years old and had faded, so they switched out pieces that were behind bushes and less visible, put these old undamaged pieces where the damage was, and the new pieces in the less visible areas so the fading is not noticeable. The gutters were done a different day, and they look great. I would definitely use RQ again if I ever need to, and would and have recommended them. They have since replaced my dad's roof, and he had a great experience with them also.

Overall, the experience was good. I'm happy with their services.

They were timely, professional,they did the job right, and they showed us what they did so we knew that they weren't overcharging us. They went above and beyond by scheduling the job quickly, and their cleanup was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

It went beautifully! The men were here and replaced my roof in less than a full day. I highly recommend them.

After a hail storm in April, our insurance adjuster agreed that we had hail damage, but I wanted to research contractors and not just go with the ones that were knocking on doors. Rodriguez Quality roofing had good reviews on Angie's list. It was a busy time for roofers, but RQ roofing maintained good communication. There were a couple of times when I thought they lost my email address, but they always responded promptly by phone. On the day the work was done, a large crew arrived promptly at 7 a.m. and got immediately to work. They took precautions to work safely and neatly. They had the old shingles off in a couple of hours, and actually finished in one long day. It was easy to work with them with the insurance paperwork too. I would recommend them or hire them again for work on our gutters.

They were A+. They brought out two or three crews and they did the work all in one day. They were right on with their estimate. I think they did a wonderful job. They were backed up because there were a lot of roofs in the area with hail damage, but they kept in touch with us, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, and they charged us exactly what they said they were going to charge.

They would not negotiate with me at all. They gave me a contract and I asked for some changes, which they simply refused. I contacted them several times. They came and gave me a lovely estimate and then when I went there asking them to do other things, they said this stands as it is and will not negotiate on anything, which was sad. So I just didn’t go with them, because they would not make any changes. One company was very expensive, Rodriguez Quality Roofing would not negotiate and another company actually gave me a fair price and I am still considering them. They contacted me right away, but I didn’t like their responsiveness. Punctuality was good, but I will not use them in future.

Our large challenging roof was completed in 12 hours in one day by a 12 man team. 7 AM to & 7 PM . Focused hard work performed by everyone nonstop! * Alejandro also did an excellent job with the siding crew. He cut the siding with precision made adjustments and made the house siding look great. * Leo who did the painting was careful to attend to detail and finish the project to our satisfaction. * David, who installed the gutters, helped improve the design so that the rain water is now better directed. * All the workers were cheerful, polite, professional. All were careful to see that everything was cleaned up each day. We highly recommend this company. In fact, my sister will be having them do her roof soon!

Timely and excellent work. Estimate was done well and professionally. I was not in an emergency situation (no leaks/risks in waiting) - so I was flexible on scheduling - and told them it could be done anytime before the weather got too cold. Needed a complete roof replacement and Gutters. I got about 48 hours notice that they wanted to come - which was TOTALLY fine with me - i told them ahead of time it would be fine. I think that to expect a date too far ahead of time with an outdoor contractor is unrealistic as they are greatly affected by weather and other things. They were going to be there by 8am - showed up a few minutes early and there were guys on the roof starting the tear off by 8:30 - tarps/plywood protection over the front of the house as necessary. They did an awesome job, cleanup was excellent. There was a couple punch list items that needed fixing, Emailed Chris and he was very responsive - got on them quickly to get them done. I was very happy with them. Very professional, very low pressure.

I was referred to this company by my insurance adjuster. I can now see why. I called Romeo and he was not as responsive as they say they are. He came out to inspect the whole property for hail damage said he could fix the siding and stood on the ladder to inspect for hail damage on the roof. Romeo told me I had hail damage on the roof and he would help me get it replaced even after the insurance said there was not enough hail damage. So I arranged a call between the Adjuster and Romeo and after their call they came to the conclusion I have no hail damage at all they marks are foot prints. (How much walking is going to get done on a 12-12 pitch?). I have had other contractors come to inspect for hail damage and they have said there is plenty of hail damage on the roof for replacement I would not trust this company to shingle my doghouse after they cowered to the Insurance Adjuster. I found out later that the fix on the siding was going to be a paint job on the rest vinyl siding that was not damaged by hail. Romeo told me they would work on my behalf to have everything done right on the property (you be the judge). I know this company gets good marks on Angie's List but they did not impress me at all.

Needed to replace a roof and gutters due to hail damage. I used Rodriguez last year on another roof and was pleased with his work. This time things did not go as soomthly. After the initial inspection and estimate it was impossible to get a firm date for the work to begin; phone calls were not returned. Once a date was established it was changed twice at the last minute. I would not have known about the changes if I had not called to confirm a few days ahead. Once work commmenced, the crew worked effectively. The roof was completed in 1 day. It took several more days before the gutters were completed. A few anoying points: 1. Nails on the black roof were cauked with white cauk. It took several phone calls and days before this was corrected. 2. White chimney flashing was used on brown brick and a black roof. This also took several phone calls and days before it was corrected. 3. A building permit was only pulled at my insistance with leverage from the city building department. Now that the problems have been corrected the roof and gutters look good and do not appear to be leaking.

After reading all the awesome reviews, we called Rodrigo for an estimate. He came out the next day, and later on that same day we had an estimate emailed to us. This was the lowest of 3 estimates and used the best-quality shingles. We were in the process of selling our house, and Rodrigo and Chris went out of their way to fit us in their schedule so that we could have the house roofed before our closing. The crew was the hardest working crew I've ever seen! They did an awesome job and finished in an unbelievably short time. They cleaned up really well also. Can't say enough good things about our experience!

Awesome experience! The crew showed up on time, they were courteous and diligent. Clean up was done throughout the job, keeping the packaging from blowing into neighbors yards and nails off the property. The crew came a little later in the morning (as planned) and so they finished up early the next day. There was absolutely no trace left behind that a roofing crew had just done a massive tear off and reshingle job. The roof looks gorgeous and WOW! .....it ended up being less than the estimated bid. All of my questions were promptly answered and Chris and Ramiro were great communicators. I never once had to wait more than a few minutes for a return call during the planning phase. Chris was great to work with in the planning stage and Ramiro was here to install the solar tubes himself.....which look great! He checked and doubled checked with me about location of installation. He is absolutely a very easy gentleman to work with. The entire process from the bid to clean up was top notch and very professional. I am still amazed the final bill came in under the bid!!! AND did I mention how fantastic the roof looks? I found them on Angieslist and after getting bids from several other contractors that were rated just as highly, I chose Rodriguez because of the price and NO pressure attitude of Ramiro and Chris. Top quality work for much less money! I highly (A+++) recommend this company.

Because of extensive hail damage in early April 2011, we needed to find a quality roofer. I received no fewer than 18 solicitations, but I'm an Angie's List fanatic. I selected a few and obtained quotes. Ramiro from Rodriguez Quality Roofing (RQR) was extremely punctual, answered all my questions had me a quote within 24 hrs and what can I say about the many, many positive reports about his company on Angie's List. There are not many superlatives left for me to use, but I was blown away by the quality, speed and efficiency of RQR. We have a split level of about 3000 sq. ft and a screen porch with skylights. After measuring us up for a quote, he said it would be a one day job. Having neighbors recently replacing roofs because of the same hail storm, I know 2-4 days was what I really was expecting. I signed and he confirmed a date about 3 weeks out. I got a call from them a day before the install so I would be ready at 7:00 the next morning for the crew and commotion. At 7:05 as I was moving our cars out of the garage and driveway, Ramiro pulled up with his trailer in tow, and behind him were 5-6 more cars. At one point we had 15 people on our roof and each one knew exactly what to do. It was like an orchestrated event. I left for work and returned at noon to see the progress. It was 85% complete. The entire roof was done by 2:30 including clean up. Ramiro has his own large trailer that he loads with the old shingles, so there is no steel dumpster sitting in the driveway for a week as is the case with all the other roofers. Another huge plus for RQR is he quoted and used very high quality brand name materials. It's been 3 days since the roof was completed and I have yet to find a stray shingle or other debris leftover. I've been up on the new roof several times and I'm still amazed at the quality and speed of this job. I even got compliments from some guests that were staying at our house about the beehive-like activity of RQR. I still am awaiting his invoice, as he does not ask for money up front, but only after the customer is satisfied...how refreshing! I will absolutely HIGHLY recommend RQR for roof replacement.

WOW, I can not think of any other word to describe this experience. Absolutely the best contractor I have ever worked with, and I have contracted 4 new homes. Ramiro and Chris are top notch people and extremely hard working. They not only do what they say they will, they go another 100% beyond that. After reading all of the reviews, I thought, ok, I will give them a try, but nobody is that good. WRONG. We had hail damage to our roof and gutters. They subed out the gutters to one of their contractors ( also excellent). They had the entire job done in one day, which was no small feet for a 30' high 9/12 pitch on a 2000 sq ft foot print. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Ramiro said " we do not accept payment until the job is complete the way you want it". Who does this anymore? They made sure to protect everything around the house before hand, and left it cleaner than when they started. They do in fact hand nail every shingle. Amazing! The crew does not know the meaning of taking a break. They are professional, hard working, attentive and very thorough. I have reccomended them to two other people and wishI knew more. I am proud to be able to reccomend Ramiro, Chris and the rest of the great folks at RQ roofing. Don't be fooled by the lack of advertising, they do not need advertising. All of their work comes from word of mouth and they value their reputation. They stay very busy. They do not do 5 homes at a time. They do (1) home at a time, so they are able to focus on doing it right and providing the service levels that they do. Our place looks better than ever. THANKS GUYS! RQ has set the bar for all of the other contractors.
