This company was recommended a couple of years ago by my insurance company on a prior issue. It was a minor repair, Dave was responsive, informed and very efficient. I decided to use them again when it was time for a full replacement. Obviously with the weather we have had this summer, exterior projects cannot be perfectly timed. We let Jeff (our sales rep) know that one of us was having major surgery in the next couple of weeks and would recuperating at home. The interior noise of a roofing project would not do well for someone that needed to be sleeping and resting. We asked the project be not started for a month. A couple of days after the surgery, I received a called a 9:30 pm. I happen to shut off my phone at 9 pm so the next morning at 5:30 am I check my voice mail and hear Jeff telling me they would be here a 7 a.m. that morning. I call Jeff and leave a voice mail. This was not our agreement. At 6:15 a.m., a work crew arrives. I call Jeff again and again .. Finally work crew leaves and surgical recuperation can resume. The same week the soffit and fascia guy calls and says he is coming to do his thing. Jeff hasn't told him about the surgical recuperation. Once the work was mutually agreed upon to start, the soffit and fascia crew were first to arrive. They started mid day and worked until 9 pm at night. Pounding and nailing in the dark and no added lighting. I wasn't pleased with the quality as there were gaps and openings in the fascia. There was dented fascia, especially in the area they worked on in the dark I asked for it to be corrected and was told it would be. The roofing crew was next a few days later. They did a great job on the roof, but since using my electrical outlets were required, they happened to break the cover off my outdoor outlet. I asked for it to be fixed and was told it would be. Final part was the gutters. It looked great except one of the downspouts was directed up an incline that caused the water to puddle back to the house. The gutters even covered up some of the fascia that I was told had been fixed. Since my home is a two story, I had to accept that it was fixed underneath. Jeff comes and reroutes the downspout himself. He then asks for payment in full and after I ask about the repairs, tells me the remaining fascia issues, and outlet cover will be fixed the next day. Check written, waiting for repairs. Jeff calls few days later, to tell me he just found out the repair wasn't completed and it would be completed the next day. The next day, one of the spots were completed. There were still gaps in some of the fascia and drip caps, and the outlet cover was not fixed. After another round of voice mails, and voicing of displeasure, as of yesterday, my outlet cover is replaced, the gaps have been "repaired",and the gap under the gutter that I had been told by Jeff was fixed prior to the gutters going up was actually repaired. It took threatening a bad review to get the response that should have been weeks ago. All through the process, it was Jeff blaming the office, or Jeff blaming Ron, the soffit guy, or Ron blaming Jeff. No one took ownership of any of the issues. I am so glad we decided to delay the siding at this time. UPDATE 4/20/19.... the soffit and fascia have not survived the winter very well. There are several gaps and detachments.

Joe was very professional and easy to deal with. Joe was available and responsive to questions. The work was done within the time frame I was given. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up after the work was done. I wasn't really able to comment on quality, because we haven't had much rain since the installation, so I gave it a B.

Installation was fine. Service was horrible. Kevin sold us gutter guard and told us we never have to worry about cleaning the gutter. It did not work at all. Now we have to fix water damages on the side of the house, door and window and owner said there is nothing they can do for us while it's all under wanranty. I will not recommend this company.

We had an extremely smooth, professional and positive experience with Ridgetop. We would highly recommend them, and would use again.

Brian was terrific to work with. He was really responsive and answered all of my questions. Ridge Top was easy to schedule with, the guys were great, the work was done quickly and well and cleanup was good.

Was not satisfied at all with this company. I was never asked any questions about what I really wanted. The quote was way overpriced. And got a thank you note that was so generic the first line read: Dear (First name & Spouse name) Thank you for the opportunity.... I found this to be extremely unprofessional and really reflects on the time spent with me and my project which was little to none.

Entire process very professional, speedy, and well planned. I knew what was going to happen, when, and how. Completed expeditiously. Meticulous work and clean up. Very pleased. A little surprised at the policy of $150 surcharge for essentially below minimum gutter replacement, but my job was pretty minor I suppose. Overall quality and prefessionalism and superb communication by team was worth the price. They responded when other well similarly well rated companies did not or had no time...I would definitely use Ridgetop again.

There was a little bit of lag between communications in the setup phase, but once everything was settled, they scheduled promptly and showed up on time. They did the work quickly and well. I'd say we are very satisfied overall.

It went very well. Jeff Anderson responded quickly and we had a new roof in 3 weeks. He was easy to work with. He was always available by phone and would check in person. We had a great, hard working roofing crew and they finished in one day. They used quality materials and we were very comfortable they would do the job right and do it well, as we had them put on our last roof. Clean up was very good. We were very well satisfied!

Quick and well done I would recommend them to anyone

I set up an appointment and the day they were supposed to come the salesman called to confirm. We started talking about what the problem was and he told their company was too big for our project. We have 173 ft of gutters that needed to be replaced and a hole in our roof with dry rot that needed to be fixed and replaced. Apparently that was too small of a project for them. I honestly think the salesman was just being lazy and didn't want to come to my house which was a 45 minute drive for him.

Initial contact was with project manager Jeff Beck, and he impressed me enough to go with Ridge Top rather than another company. He explained everything - very patient, told me what I did NOT need. On the down side, the workmen did not show up on day they were supposed to and some debris (nails and pieces of metal) was left in the garden.

My motivation in purchasing was to get my siding repaired where I had run into it with the lawn mower. Ridge Top was able to color match and replace the bottom portion in one area, at no extra charge. They also provide a report with photos, which is very helpful, pointing out both the good things and the bad.

Work is OK but took them about five visits over 9 days to complete. Weather was not a factor.

Minor issues (some damage to window sills and gutters). But they replaced everything in a timely manner. Would recommend!

Ridge Top quickly diagnosed problem and repaired for reasonable price.

The project manager dropped the ball on our project - the roofer had to come back three times because of missing materials. Also, we had to get their management involved to complete the job appropriately. The roofer was always on time, polite, and professional. The project manager, unfortunately, was not as professional.

The lines of communication could be better, but the work itself and efforts made to keep me satisfied were what one would expect when doling out this kind of money. Bottom-line, I'd do business with them again.

Ridge Top Exteriors installed a new two level roof with designer shingles on my home in May of 2017. Everything from the initial discussions to the final walk around inspection went very well. The installation crew was hard working and very competent. Jeff Anderson managed the overall installation and was often on site. The preparation work and installation was done very carefully. The crew even used a powerful magnetic pickup device to locate and remove every last nail near my home. The roof looks great and I fully expect it to last 50 years. Many thanks to Ridge Top Exteriors and to Jeff Anderson and his crew for the great job.

The work stayed on schedule. The supervisor and I walked the roof after the old roofing had been torn off; I was impressed that he marked fewer plywood sheets for replacement than I might have. Excellent cleanup. As part of the project we got gutter covers, and have been happy with the results. We'll look to Ridge Top first when we look at window replacement.

They were able to answer my questions and everything like that. I guess they would be fine. I don't know if they do other things except gutters - I can't really speak to that - but they use sub-contractors and I specifically don't like that; and you have to do a build kind of thing and fill it out for my house before you can put gutters on and they didn't know for sure how. I don't know, it got complicated. All they do is put screens on their gutters and so that was also kind of a turn-off for me.

Aside from just the cost, they would get an "A". Scheduling was okay. They came out pretty quick. They responded to my request for an estimate. I would consider using them again in the future.

After being ignored for a while, Brian called me. Ron did the siding and did an excellent job. After the communication debacle with a mass email sent from Marketing asking why I didn't hire RTE, Brian felt really bad that somehow my job was deleted from the system. However, Brian made this right and I'm very grateful for the work Ron did in matching and repairing siding damage from Summer 2016 storm.

Great work. The guys helping me figure out what I wanted were great they guys doing the work we're great. Wonderful experience. Hoping I don't need another roof ever but if I do I'm going to give them a call.
