It was a job requiring patience, and analysis, as well as consultation with various areas of expertise. With us, we arrived at a solution to correct the prior bad design, by replacing the wooden rail with a metal rail. We also needed to resolve the upper deck facia. Colors were looked at, material quality, and weather in the end all solutions were found.

I can't recommend Beau and Garrett enough! We had a pretty nasty leak in our roof, that the previous owners patched up numerous times, and Beau and Garrett helped walk us through the repairs that were needed. I feel like they were very honest and to top it off, they were done in 1 day. We are getting siding done next year and we know just who to call. Thank you so much guys!

We recently needed to re-do our roof. I got bids from several different companies. Chose Ridge Top because of the professionalism of the sales process (clear choices, no pressure to upgrade, detailed quote, excellent warranty offered), but of course you can never be sure if that professionalism will carry through the entire process. In our case, I can happily report that it did. The project manager kept in close communication as we approached our scheduled installation week because everything depends on the weather. The crew completed the job quickly and used tarps to catch most of the debris and nails. I tried to work from home during the process, which I would not recommend. It's very loud! I had to be there, though, because we have two skylights and they needed to have a crew member inside the house for installation. After the job was completed, they cleaned up thoroughly. Here's where things get interesting. The way you really know you have a good contractor is how they respond when things don't go exactly to plan. Due to the angle of our roof, some of the ridge coverings started to pull away from the surface of the roof. I guess the nails weren't quite long enough. Even though I had already paid in full, when I brought the issue to their attention, they were quick to send someone out to inspect, and that person recommended that the ridge coverings be reinstalled with longer nails. They sent a crew right back out and re-did the problematic ridge coverings. No fuss at all. In addition, a couple of screens had been damaged by falling shingles. I had those re-screened at the hardware store and they reimbursed me for the cost. Obviously, you want a project like this to be perfect, but when it isn't, you want the company to act quickly to make it right. These guys did that, and I would absolutely work with them again.

Excellent. PM Jeff was great to work with. Crew was hard working and put in long days. Leaking roof seems to have been fixed and a great warranty with long-term checks. Very satisfied.

Very well. Our original roofer came up with a very bizarre and unlikely reason for the roof leak, and Ridge Top was far more thorough and helpful. Nice people, quick work, good clean-up afterward.

In 2013 I had my roof, soffit and gutters replaced by RidgeTop. That experience was very good, but that's what I expected from a quality contractor. In 2017, we had a windstorm and a section of fascia come loose. I reached out to the local rep and he had it replaced as a warranty repair. In April 2020, more wind and another section of fascia needed attention. I went to contact Ridge Top and found that they had closed their local office (St. Louis). Frankly, at this point I expected to be on my own. I went ahead and reached out to their main office in Madison, WI with my situation and a photo of the problem. I have to say the service I've received was spectacular. I got a prompt email reply and was told I would hear from their Service Department. The next day, Beau Crawley reached out and confirmed they would get the problem corrected. In spite of the fact that they no longer have personnel in my region, they made arrangements with one of the established, local roofing companies to replace the fascia. They came by, confirmed the color and replaced the section necessary so it looked consistent. Ridge Top earned this review by standing behind their product and installation. Every business is going to have problems. The way they responded to mine really set them apart and has been greatly appreciated.

The sales staff and workers were very responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home and needs. The price quoted was the price I paid no hidden charges or fees. I have a large ranch style home and was told the project would be completed in a day, the project was indeed completed in a single day and my property was left better than it was found :) I would definitely recommend them if your considering a new roof.!!!!!!!!

Frankly, there was some trouble with the laborer but management bent over backwards to manage the situation and all ended well.

Scott and his team at Ridge Too were great. Very easy to work with and the repair work was top notch! Followed up timely and delivered exactly as promised. Cost was reasonable without any surprises. Working on our older house can be complicated, but Ridge Top made it easy! Used for additional projects and will use again.

I need roofing repair. For starters not all roofing companies want to do repair, many only want to take on larger jobs such as complete roof replacement. As a sales professional myself I appreciated the professionalism and synergy of Ridge Top from the initial appointment with a sales rep / inspection to the staff who performed the actual labor and the follow up from management after to be certain I was satisfied with the completed work. Usually you find companies that excel in one of those areas but Ridge Top was impressive in all 3 phases. I highly recommend Ridge Top and most certainly will be calling them in the future.

They came when they said they would. They did the job in a very timely manner, picked up after themselves and were gone in just a few hours. Very good and quick work.

The work was perfect! The responsiveness from the beginning to the completion was fantastic. They did what the said they would do on-time and on budget!

They did an excellent job. Very cooperative and helpful. They did everything I asked for and very nice people.

I requested an estimate/quote for the project and was told there was a $500 charge. This is the only contractor to ask for such a fee. I will not be pursuing them as a resource.
