Quickly, cleanly, and expertly.

We had worked with them on a total re-roofing 5 (or more) years ago following a major hailstorm, and were very willing to call them to install our new gutter in the years following. When we called about the repair, we had someone out looking at the damage and giving a very reasonable estimate (by comparison to two others) for the work. Work was complete when they said it would be, and has held up well.

Very prompt, courteous service. They were extremely efficient as well. In and out in one day, you can't ask for better than that.

They were reasonable. We got other quotes and they were somewhere in the middle. They did a fine job. They did the work in just one day and did a really good job in cleaning. We were very pleased with them. One of my neighbors also ended up going with them.

The repairs were done in just a couple hours. First the roofer came buy to install the new tiles and then the gutter man came to replace the bent sections of gutter, even replacing the gutter guard as in the original gutter. The workers were fast, friendly and even cleaned up afterward.

They came out and did the work. There were a few problems, so they came back and fixed those problems almost immediately. I was satisfied overall.

They gave us a good bid. It was similar to other local, one-man-show places we had gotten quotes from. But they were a bigger company and we were more confident in their process. They also were considered master carpenters so it came with an extra guarantee. That is why we chose them. I would use them again in the future.

Very satisfied with the quality and professionalism. Larry Gebhart came out to give the estimate, took the time to explain the process and the pros and cons of materials and generally came off as an honest, professional contractor. This was not the lowest bid but when comparing the warranties and materials with the other bids, Ridge Top was by far the best value for the money. Crew finished a 26 square hip roof in about 5 hours, was like watching a ballet. Long story short - Larry came out when he said he would, crew showed up when he said they would, cost was what he said it would be, finished product looked fantastic. Great job, home run in the world of contractors.

Ridgetop was prompt in providing us with a bid, working with the insurance claims adjuster, and completing the job to our satisfaction. Their representatives are very professional, and the work crew was efficient. They did the entire job in one day. The only thing yet to be completed is the replacement of some screens and repairing some gutters. They did a thorough job of cleaning up. In fact, we were so impressed with their work that my sister is using them to replace the roof on her house in Madison this fall. She also had them install a leaf-control system to all her gutters.

Very thorough and professional on his first visit, not a high-pressure sale at all; we decided privately and called afterward with our decisions. They gave us local options for seeing samples of installed doors of the same manufacture, and made sure through a handful of phone calls that all details were being ordered as we expected. They scheduled two days to install the two doors, completed the work in a very clean, complete and professional way on the first day, and were then available to come right back to make adjustments on small issues like door sill height and closure angles the very next day. All of our questions throughout were answered promptly, thoroughly, and with strong background knowledge. They take obvious pride in their work, and it shows. I'd recommend them/hire them again in a heartbeat - a very good experience.

THEY GAVE ME AN EXACT QUOTE, CAME OUT AND REMEASURED THE WINDOWS FOR THE EXACT MEASUREMENTS. IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS WHEN THE WINDOWS CAME IN THEY CALLED ME TO SET UP A BEST TIME FOR ME SO THAT THEY COULD INSTALL THEM. INSTALLATION TOOK ABOUT 1 DAY. THEY CLEANED UP HAULED AWAY THE OLD WINDOWS AND DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM VERY SATISFIED.

They were a little less expensive than the company that I choose, but I choose the other company based on their excellent ratings on Angie's List.

We had a hail storm pass through the area not too long ago and were uncertain if we had any damage to our roof. Not too long after the storm we had recieved a very professional post card from Ridgetop Roofing stating that they were doing free hail inspections. So the next day I called Ridgetop Roofing and spoke with Larry, who was very friendly and professional on the phone. We set up a time for him to come out and look at our roof. A few days later he came out and came to a conclusion that we most definetly had some damage. After I heard that I called my insurance agent and him and Larry agreed on a time to meet at our house. After that meeting everything went very fast. Ridgetop Roofing was very prompt on following up with the status of this project and helped us pick out a shingle and color. Larry was here early everytime we meet and was outstanding to work with. His crew removed the old shingles and put on new shingles very quickly, aprox. 3-4 hrs. At the end everything was picked up, all trash removed, nails and staples picked up with a magnant in the grass. I would highly recommend Ridgetop Roofing any time. Thanks!

Ridge Top was the only company of the 3 or so that I tried to contact who called me back promptly, arrived prompty when they said they would, and were invariably easily accessible. While their estimate was higher than the others, the fact that they "showed up" and responded quickly was the reason I ended up hiring them. This pattern of promptness and easy availability continued throughout the job. The sales manager, Buck Wesson, was wonderful. He returned calls immediately, and appeared in person the same day if I had any concerns. The workers were very nice, and did a great job. The finished product looks very nice. In winter I shall see how it works, but I expect it that it will be fine!

They picked up the yard after they were done and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and the actual work done. We've had ice damming the past two years that caused indoor damage to walls and ceilings. Larry analyzed our unusual situation (craftsman style house built in 1912; no easy way to add insulation or add intake vents), consulted with manufacturers of venting materials, and he designed an and installed an intake vent system with a ridge-top vent. He also added a vapor barrier about half-way up from the soffit edge to prevent moisture from causing further indoor damage. He recommended shingles that look like wooden shakes to match the style of the house. He was professional, courteous, on time, and his workers cleaned up and replaced cables, satellite dish, etc. to perfection.
