Description of Work: New roof shingles had to be worked in with other half of duplex, which did not get a new roof at that time. When other half's owners got new roof, they had no problem working in their shingles with ours. Note: job done in 2012, but this form doesn't have 2012 as an option.

Description of Work: We had windows replaced in a condo. Our original sales rep was very good but left the company after we got our estimate and we weren't told. I reached the company and we got a new rep that was not going to honor our estimate. Many calls later, on my part, waiting for him to call back time after time, we finally got our original price. Very unprofessional on the reps part and very difficult to communicate with. As for the rest of the job, Steve, their field person was fantastic!! He was on the job, called me back right away, and answered every question. Every time I contacted him he was there. | | The dry wall finisher could have been a bit more meticulous and I had to watch that work. | |But Steve is the main reason the job was a success and the only reason we would use them again. | |We are happy with the windows and feel our utility bills have been reduced because of them. | |The grades are a bit hard to understand because of the fact we are dealing with someone unacceptable and someone who was exceptional in the grading system. Hopefully the this is explained.

Description of Work: Three sky lights were measured and ordered. Upon arrival they were not made of wood (as was ordered) but instead some type of plastic. They were immediately painted a white in color. No reimbursement of the original payment was given for the wrong material of door versus plastic.

Description of Work: Actually done in 2005, but calendar doesn't go back that far. Great job done in March with extreme care to protect the plantings around the house, and when ice dams created leak in the eves 2 years later, they came and fixed it at no charge! Even though it is over 10 years old, we will most likely not need another roof!

Description of Work: Excellent job, easy to schedule and they completed the job quickly. No messes left for me to clean up.

Description of Work: They replaced 2 leaking skylights with two new ones and replaced the roof on the front of the house where the skylights are located. They explained exactly what they were going to do and they did exactly that. Initially they were not going to do the garage roof but while they were working on the roof over the house I asked if they could add the garage roof and they did finishing everything that day. They cleaned up the area and I am very happy with the job that they did.

Description of Work: Addressed multiple roof leaks. A couple were fixed first time out, but a couple others were more tricky to source; Ridge Top fixed the remaining problem(s). Friendly, attentive service. Referred a neighbor, who also had a good experience with Ridge Top. Would recommend/use again.

Description of Work: We called about some minor repair. It was too small a job for them. However, they asked that I send photos. They took a look and explained how to repair it ourselves. It saved us a lot of time and money! We will definitely be calling them for our next major repair and recommending them to friends.

Description of Work: This quote was for two different projects -- repair of some flashing and soffit, and the installation of gutters. The quotes were accurate, the service was prompt, and the quality appears to be good. I appreciated their communication and follow up. Their quote was almost $1000 less than another quote that I received. I will work with them again, if needed.
