Nate and his crew repaired what MadCity did incorrectly and recommended and added heat strips where we get ice damming regularly. Ridge Top was excellent, start to finish. I reached out online and heard back from Quinn immediately. He was able to come out quickly to look at my roof (there was a small leak). He recommended two courses of possible action. I chose to have it replaced. While they were working they found more damage than anticipated and replaced it at the same price they quoted. I needed my roof done in two weeks and they completed it in one day. I was impressed with the responsiveness, the quality of work, and the pricing seemed fair for the work they did. Quinn did an excellent job of explaining the issues and even showed me what to look for moving forward. I would absolutely recommend this company. The timeliness, professionalism, quality of work, and cost were excellent.

Ridge Top is superb. I have had over 5 different roofers over the years at different homes and Ridge Top is the best. They did tear-off, roofing and clean up in one day. On a separate occasion, I had them insulate my attic. Nate, the service manager, is prompt, made sure workers showed up on time, and does care to do a good job. in addition, Nate is excellent in customer communication.

I asked for an inspection and an estimate on a new roof, as the old roof was looking the worse for wear. Jeff came out, inspected the roof, and said with some repairs, I could get another 3-5 years out of it. I agreed to a Roof Maintenance Package,and Nate came out and repaired some shingles and other roof areas, making the roof solid again. Timely work and well done.

They did a great job. They completed the job in a timely manner and made that we were completely satisfied.

We had the best service from Ridge Top Exteriors on the replacement of our roof and gutter system on our 1929 home with a very steep roof and skylights. It started with a very helpful assessment by Michael, who analyzed the situation and came up with workable suggestions. Before the crews came out, Nate and Garrett went over more details with me in person, Michael stayed in touch, and finally the roofing crew, led by Luis and the gutter crew, led by Miguel, were both fantastic. They worked hard, they worked long hours and they finished up the job completely, and cleaned up really well. The bid price was completely reasonable, the communication was very professional and I would highly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors!

We had the good fortune to work with two project managers. Jeff Anderson was with us from the initial contact and estimate through the final walk-through, including some of the hands-on work. He was extremely knowledgeable about the particular needs we had as we replaced a 14 year-old roof that was now leaking. (Previous roofer was another company.) Jeff was also great at calling if he was going to be even 5 minutes late for one of our appointments which instilled a sense of trust and professionalism in the company. Garrett Schroedl oversaw most of the onsite work and had our full confidence. He was conscientious, worked well with the crew and followed up, as needed, as well. They were both good communicators and very available by phone. The roofing crew worked hard and long, seemed very experienced and were attentive to clean-up details. We were pleased with all aspects of the job.

It was a pleasure doing business with Ridge Top. Excellent customer service and quality. Getting my gutters replaced by them was done in a timely efficient manner. They were able to help with financing as well! Couldn’t be happier with the end results.

Everything went so smoothly. Every person I had the opportunity to interact with was friendly and professional. The roof and gutters/downspouts look great and our whole house looks 15 years newer. With a new baby on the way it was such a relief to get this taken care of and to work with people with this level of courtesy and professionalism made it so easy. I would absolutely recommend hiring them for anything you might need!

I had moisture in my ceiling. They checked very thoroughly for leaks but couldn't find anything definite. Just a couple of possibilities. They recommended a reasonable repair. I decided to have the gable sided and gutters replaced. Project manager Mike Fiore was very professional and responsive. The work appears very good quality.

Michael was professional, courteous, observed masking and social distancing. He responded in a timely manner to my emails regarding scheduling of the work. He inspected the garage and described to me what it would need, and the work performed was what he described. There were no surprises with cost or any additions. The crew started promptly and were respectful of neighbor's yard. They worked well together and thoroughly cleaned the area when done. Michael and Garrett followed up in a timely manner and answered my questions. It needed to have about 5 layers of old shingles removed from the garage roof (that was previous long-time owner's solution, I guess). The sub-roofing was intact. New lumber needed for the soffit on one side of the garage.

Jeff spent more time than representatives of other roofing repair companies to find my roof leak and then stayed regularly in touch throughout the completion of the repairs. Everyone I interacted with at Ridge Top was professional and helpful.

It has not gone. They have not started the job. The contract states the project must be started within 45 working days

It went well...the job was a little more challenging since there were 3 small wasp nests behind the siding that was discovered doing the repair work.

Wonderful! Small job. Free inspection within days of calling and inspector (Mike) repaired problem for a very reasonable price on the spot. Will definitely hire this company for any further exterior repairs.

They promptly took care of replacing some older gutters with some wider gutters that had more capacity plus added some extra downspouts to prevent rain water from spilling over. It's taken care of our problem and was reasonably priced. Ridge Top took the time to understand our problem and recommended the best way forward. This is the 2nd time we've used Ridge Top and we'll definitely consider using them again if we need their expertise.

Jeff Beck was awesome. He came by early and took a look at my siding repair. The next day a repair man came and fixed it! Less than one day! No repeat calls, no headaches! I wish all companies were this efficient!

Main roofing was great but attention to detail, craftsmanship, and correcting the problems were bad. #1 I pointed out past leakage problems prior to work. The area in question was a part of the roof sloping along the side of an addition. After installation I asked them to come back to check on it because the seam between the roofing and siding looked like it wasn't fastened tightly. They said it was ok. First big rain created a leak in our new kitchen ceiling wrecking the drywall over the cabinets. They redid 10+ layers of shingles, but no apology. #2 About a year later we heard some scratching on the roof. On investigation I found the trim on the dormer was cracked and a roofing nail sticking out with the head on the inside and nail point out. It appeared a hole was starting where the dormer met the roof deck. I stuffed a whole bag of steel wool into what appeared to be a hole. After the first 3 repair estimators supposedly came and didn't see the hole, the 4th one said there was a hole starting and I should contact Ridgetop for an estimate since it was a "siding" not "roofing" issue. Later Mike Rudie called to say they couldn't do the work because their repair crew couldn't work on steep roofs. Mike Rudie said it was just rotted wood but I have a before-photo showing no crack in the trim, so assume the roofers pried it off to put shingles under it and created the issue which they refused to fix. #3. The original roofers left a mess after the job. Tar paper was hanging from our lilacs, all the gutters were full of roofing waste. We had initially about 20 nails in our driveway causing a flat tire and at least 20 more nails washed down over the next year and more recently after a big wind a full belt of nails appeared in our driveway. I have photos of all of the above. [UPDATE 8/17/20 - Angie's List] Once the owner, Larry Gebhart got involved, I received an estimate to replace any rotten wood and wrap all exposed parts of the dormer in aluminum, thus resolving the issue with the hole.

The new roof is beautiful. Jeff was great to work with. There was a bit of a communication snafu, but it was taken care of and not a big deal. I’m extremely pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Ridge Top to anyone who asks.

While he was on-time for the appointment, his estimate pricing was significant higher than others and he was not a good listener.
