Kevin made a 2nd trip to my house and pounded down the nails and covered them with sealant . He didn't charge me because the work was so minor, but it was something that I wouldn't have been able to do on my own. That is what I call excellent service. He took time from his busy schedule to make two trips to my house and to document his work in a letter so that I could provide it to the buyers of my home. I highly recommend this provider as he has proved to be trustworthy, honest, and a valuable resource. Thanks!!

We had some slight miscommunication setting up the appointment, but the actual install went very quickly. The two turbines are currently happily spinning away on our roof getting all the humid air out and bringing the outdoor air in through the soffets. I put one of those indoor/outdoor weather sensors in our house as well as our attic and I can now track the humidity in the attic as it rises when rain shows up and then falls if it's dry outside. This sort of rapid humidity exchange tells me that the turbines really are working.

The soffit at the peak of my 2-story home had blown loose, and a segment about 15 feet long was dangling some 35 feet up, banging on the side of my house with every breeze. It was also directly across from my next-door neighbors bedroom! I had purchased replacement material, hoping another neighbor could replace it for me, but no one had a ladder long enough to reach. Roof Top was recommended by this neighbor, and I was very happy with their work. They were able to respond quickly so no one had to lose another night's sleep from the banging soffit. They adjusted their price since I had already bought the correct style & size replacement soffit, and got the job done in a few minutes. In addition, they knocked down a huge wasp nest that had been way out of reach for me to take care of.

Mr. Jacobson is very thorough and guarantees his work. When one tricky roof leak persisted, he came right back and fixed the problem, no charge. Also there were no hidden extra charges at any time. Professional service, quality work, attentive and very nice to deal with. Would use again, no question about it. I have already referred him to a friend.

Overall, it went good. I had a small leak coming through one of the exhaust fan roof vents. The estimator (I think it was Ron) came out a couple days after I had called, took a look, and gave me a great estimate for the work, and best of all, they could get it done that day. That, and the price, were enough to seal the deal. The roofer came out later that day and took care of the problem just as the estimator had described the repair work. Overall, I'm glad I called to get the small roof problem taken care of.

They found very little to fix. I appreciated their promptness and their honesty.

It went well, it finished all in one day on time and on budget. They were able to negotiate rates better than most as well. The Project Manager was spot on in handling everything and keeping open communication.

I would not recommend this company there was no reason why they would not help me.

We had a leak around our fireplace that was apparently there for years. It was getting worse and caused extensive damage to the inside of our home. We needed to have the leak repaired before we could repair the inside. We realized it was January and the house was covered in snow, so we weren't sure we could have the roof repairs completed until spring, which would have pushed the interior work repair ahead until spring as well. Ridge Top came to our home (all bundled up) on a windy, below zero day, and cleared 6 to 8 inches of snow off the roof in the large area that needed repair. My husband went up on the roof after they left and saw that they replaced the flashing and shingles all the way around the fireplace. We will have to wait until spring rain to see if it really worked, but it appears to be a very professional repair.

My husband was home for this service. Ridgetop came on time, and provided him with an oral report. The inspector was very complimentary of our roofing company, and could not find anything to fix! I'm always happy to get good news. It was good to have the assurance that all was well before winter.

The scheduling was crazy good! They scheduled within the time we set up. I worked with Matt, the contractor. He was very flexible and good about getting back with me. The day they came out, it was raining turning into snow, but they worked right through it. They did the whole roof and we had some extras, such as blown in insulation, new gutters and downspouts, and other additional work. They were so fast! They were in and out within 5 hours. The crew was really nice. They came back a couple days to do the other work.

We liked it just fine. We paid more because we got some extra stuff. They did the job in one day. We like the fact that they were so fast. We like how the new roof looks.

Overall we had a good experience. All of our question were answered quickly and they didn't mind taking the time to explain the process and why things would need to be done. The only thing was the subcontractors used didn't realize we were home and were load and swearing a lot. It wouldn't have been so bad, but our neighbor's kids were outside. They could have been a little more professional.

I know that I have water coming into the home somewhere. He was unable to locate any leaks in my roofing. He said that it seems like it would be siding issue. He definitely did more than the deal offerred. I would recommend their services.

Matt was the project manager of my roofing contract. He was friendly, responsive and punctual. He maintained phone or email contact throughout. He was around on the day of the actual roofing and checked in with me to show me how things were going. The whole thing only took half and day and the roof looks great. Could not be more satisfied.

I bought the $199 roof maintenance deal. That didn't buy me much at all but a separate contract got my roof fixed promptly before a big rain. The rep was quick but thorough and knew his business. But the deal didn't cover any of the roof repairs that were needed.

We had a bad reroof job done by a out of business roofer in 2001, Kevin is there project manager and does the estimates and final walk through, He's amazing! He found things several others including my insurance roof inspector didn't find! I had them do a full roof tear off, all new OSB and felt underlayment, flashing, chimney removal, weather guards and new ridgetop vetning then all new GAF shingling. They had to reschedual from rain and got my whole project done with a crew of 8 guys in 8.5 hours! amazing and it looks better than ever! I also saved $750 with the angies coupon! They were very thorough and did greaat clean up and Kevin as worked well with us and our mortgage company to get htis done which they were requiring as for refianacing.

I was very impressed with Their Professionalism. We had a lot of hail damage in Manitowoc, WI and I picked Ridgetop out of many inquiries after the hail storm late in June. My roof on my large house and large garage was installed in 1 day! I had 22 windows replaced and they were ALL installed in 1 day as well! Siding job is starting this week and expect to have it finished very soon! Josh worked real well with my insurance Company and he was able to get all 4 sides of my house covered instead of 3 sides. He also was worked with my insurance company in regards to the number of windows being replaced. It was real nice to have Ridgetop work with my insurance company which took a lot of stress away from of us during a very stressful time! When I had any questions, Josh, Larry, and Eddie got back to me right away and kept me updated on all projects. I recommended Ridgetop to a lot of my friends and neighbors! In fact, our neighborhood has has Ridgetop doing their work as well.

Jason and his crew from RidgeTop were great!! Jason not only came out multiple times before the project began to talk it over with us and give us an estimate, but also brought samples of everything for us to see. He also providing us with many options that we hadn't even considered, but ending up being exactly what we were looking for. We had a massive project, including adding a brand new roof on our very tall and steep house, adding 3 skylights, adding all new gutters on the house and garage, and replacing the flat roof on our covered porch. Jason and his crew did an amazing job installing the skylights, two in the attic, and one in a lofted bedroom. They lined up the windows perfectly and they look great and bring in so much light. Jason also told us about installing skylights with solar panels which operate with remote controls and allowed us to qualify for a tax rebate! All in all, we are extremely happy with the final product. Jason and his crew handled a huge project, with lots of components, with care and amazing attention to detail. I would highly recommend Jason and RidgeTop to anyone looking to complete a roofing, gutter, or skylight project!!
