Jake and his crew did a great job. Jake communicated well throughout the project, letting us know what to expect. They were punctual and worked hard to get our job done before the snow started. The crew acknowledged us when we needed to leave the house while they worked, and made sure it was safe for us to pass below the area. Due to lack of sunlight, Jake came back the next day to do a final walk-through of the roof and yard. He found an area that was not caulked on the roof the day prior. He openly shared this, along with an image of the before and after. He also offered to come back in the spring to do a final sweep of the area to make sure that any debris was recovered.

Description of Work: New roof. Jason was great. Once they started they realized that the last roofer had covered over the bathroom vent. Jason went out and bought a vent so that could be properly completed. Great--and we now have a bathroom vent that actually works. Thank you Jason and RidgeTop.

Description of Work: Ridgetop was great to work with. Kevin was involved every step of the way. He helped deal with our insurance company, saving me a lot of work and coordination. Kevin was very responsive via both phone and email, and willing to meet for early or late meeting times. I was surprised that he was actually on site for the job as well. The crew started work right on time. They worked very fast, and were done by 11am! They were flexible with the date, and didn't miss a step when I asked that they do the project three weeks earlier than what we had agreed on.

Description of Work: I asked for an inspection and estimate for any hail damage I might have after a recent storm. The inspection was scheduled quickly and completed on time. There was no damage. Based on our experience we would call them again for another problem.

Description of Work: Roofed our house. Gave expert advice on insulation and recommended venting, as it's an old craftsman and can't easily be insulated. Got creative with venting, and in the past year we've had better cooling and heating as a result. They know what they are doing. Did the job cleanly, protecting our plantings, and quickly. Done in a few days.

Description of Work: Ridge Top removed the old shingles from our home and garage. They then applied new shingles to both buildings. This was accomplished in ONE day! Both my wife and I were amazed. Our home is the center of our lives. We have commissioned numerous projects to improve our property over the years but I have to say this particular job was as hassle free as we have ever experienced. They actually left the property every bit as clean as they found it. (If not cleaner!) We have had so many times when this was not the case that we were really pleased about that. We have had no problems with either roof in the years since and have recommended Ridge Top to friends and family.
