I think I just did.

We purchased an old brick home that was built somewhere between the 1920s and 1930s. It has an interesting history in a small town. It was important to us to maintain some of the details within the home (i.e., the style of the original trim), while modernizing the functional spaces such as the kitchen and bathrooms. At the start of this project, we realized that the plumbing and electrical work was out-of-date. New piping was put in place, and the electrical wiring updated. One bathroom only had a sink and toilet on the first floor. With some design help from the Property Image project manager, we created a full-bathroom and a guest bedroom in one corner or the house. The flow of the rooms is great with the new floor plan. In the kitchen, we placed new cabinetry and refinished the old wood floors. The cabinets that were recommended are in keeping with the traditional style of the house. The kitchen floor was in such bad shape, I thought we would have to cover it, but the crew was able to sand and refinish the floor to match the trim that was installed. There are still small imperfections in the floor, but it adds character to the room. Our deck was dilapidated and a structural hazard. New deck supports were put into place that tie it into our house. The deck was rebuilt and adds to our living space. It was important to us to keep the traditional aspects of the home in tact. Our project manager understood what we wanted and it shows in the finished results.

Good price and gutters seemed clean

Excellent! Mike was very quick with his response to my initial contact. The work was performed today. It wasn't a big job, but it was important to us. We had a small patio resurfaced because the ground had sunk over the years. The worker who came did an excellent job and did exactly what we wanted. The price was very reasonable. Thinking this was a "small" job, during the busy season, I give them lots of credit for taking the job, for being prompt, and for the great job! I would highly recommend them!

They are really professional and friendly. The owner's great. I haven't had any problems with them.

I would hire them, but I have been out of town for two weeks. On the phone they were fantastic and their rates were great. They do much more than landscaping. They are definitely a property management company and the owner is very honest. They are great for new homers because they do lots of different types of things. Compared to other estimates, their price was low.

I had lived in my house for 12 years and had no landscaping in the yard. I wanted to create flower and tree beds below my front window, around my deck, and in the back yard. Property Image came out with a sod cutter and removed all the sod and hauled it away at the end of the day. We added black dirt to all areas as my soil is clay. Not having a green thumb myself, they assisted me in planting some trees and impressed me with their knowledge about plants and how to get them successfully in the ground. My plants blossomed and grew the rest of the summer. All three areas only took about a half day. They cleaned up behind themselves and I was left with beautiful landscaped areas around my house.

The soap dish attached to the ceramic tile in my shower had fallen off taking some of the ceramic tiles along with it. Behind the tiles the drywall was wet and moldy. Property Image reviewed my problem and discovered that the shower had not been constructed properly when the house was built causing water to get behind the tiles. To repair this all tile on the back wall had to be removed, along with the drywall and insulation. The remaining wood studs needed to dry prior to new drywall. The tile that needed to be replaced was not tile commonly found. After researching and finding the correct tile to match, Property Image insulated, added the correct drywall and installed the tile, grouted and sealed it. They then painted the wall above the tile and on the ceiling. There was water damage to the ceiling drywall as well so they had to drywall and paint the ceiling too. I haven't had any problems thus far with my shower.
