Precision Overhead Garage Door Service

Person who came out did a good job. On time. Well trained. However, he worked VERY hard to upsell unneeded repairs and added bogus charges. He even tried to tell me "there is an extra EPA charge ($15) to dispose of the broken spring"! I said really?and told him I would do that myself with my trash recycling at no additional cost. He suggested the need to replace all three bearing sets on the pulleys ($69.00 each) which was not at all needed . The door is very new. He did good work BUT WATCH YOUR WALLET! Attn: Seniors... Pass up on this company.

The service tech called 10 minutes before schedule to let me know he was on his way. He was professional and courteous. He performed the service on my garage door and was gone in 30 minutes. i would highly recommend this company!!

Beautiful door, works as well as the one they took out which was old. Communication with various representatives of the company was bad, got different information from the sales person, customer contact and installers.

Service tech arrived on time and performed all required work. My garage door works flawlessly now. More parts needed to be replaced than I originally thought. I felt the parts were a bit on the pricey side, so the bill added up to a lot more than I had expected.

Service was very responsive. Service tech was knowledgeable with my opener, determined the cause of the malfunction and took action to preclude it from re-occurring. Tested and adjusted door travel distances and verified all operations of the garage door were correct and safe before departing.

Nice guy. Came next day, Would check the home Advisor scheduling app. The repair came much earlier than home advisor stated. I had called person directly and was home when they showed up two hours before Home advisor notified.

I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I WOULD GET A NO OBLIGATION FREE ESTIMATE BUT WAS TOLD BY THE REPAIR MAN THAT IF I DIDN'T HAVE THE WORK DONE THERE WOULD BE A $70 TRIP CHARGE.
