They came and did the disconnect, but the for the reconnection they arrived before the countertop was installed. He said he could not come back later that day or the next as he would be out of town. It was a Thursday and the earliest he could return was Monday! I had to hire another plumber to reconnect my plumbing. Will not contact Plumbing Pros for any future work.
Description of Work: Had hired Plumbing Pros to disconnect and reconnect my kitchen plumbing due to installation of new countertop.

The above experience is absolutely correct. In fact as a past customer of ours, we felt more than happy to accommodate your wishes. If I recall, on 6-18 we arrived at your home at 4:00 P.M. after you got home from work to dis-connect. You were 30 min late, and did not even call to let us know what was going on, nor did you answer the phone when called several times. As soon as the dis-connect was completed, arrangements were made to come back the next day in the early-mid afternoon to do the final connect. You promised to call if anything changed. I showed up about 3:30 P.M. the next day as promised, and the counter top crew had not even gotten to your home yet. I patently waited in your living room as you were on the phone for about 10 min to ensure you had somebody lined up for the next day to take care of this. I only collected payment for the disconnect part of the job before leaving, no more. I know it can be frustrating when things do not go as planned, but it is beneficial to recall the entire story. I personally take pride in the ethics of this company, and the perception of this report as well as the negative grading marks you entered, goes completely against these standards. We were completely punctional, possessed a good attitude, performed the designated task, and charged a fair price. You would think if a customer was not satisfied, this conversation would have come up before almost a month went by.
