Our 1923 tudor revival home was in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. (Just finished a new roof.) The cedar shakes had been stained (probably many decades ago) and had latex paint applied over the stain (also probably many decades ago). The pealing of the paint on the cedar shake siding was quite bad. A good deal of scraping needed to be finished to expose as much of the wood as possible. This was completed per code (relative to abatement of lead paints/stains), the home was primed, and was finished with a fresh coat of paint exactly matching the previous color. (The match was done at Mautz Paints and it was a great job.) The stucco on the house was also given a fresh coat of paint to match the previous color. The workers were very polite and professional during the entire project. We were kept informed as to their schedule and work. We would gladly recommend them for any painting project. Extremely thorough and very high quality work.

Eric & his crew do wonderful work. They are always professional, prompt and courteous. He is also helpful with color choice ideas and listen's to concerns and answers questions. His crew cleans up well and never leaves a mess. I've used him 3 or 4 times and have never been disappointed.

This was a complicated job because of a previous improper staining of the deck. Much more prep, including extensive sanding, was required. We were also facing a tight deadline. Eric came through on both fronts and the job was very nice. The price was more than bid by another provider, but we wanted a quality job and were convinced that Eric would do that. On the first day his assistant was left to finish, and he did a poor job of cleaning up. We commented and it was quickly fixed and never happened again. We may have been hasty to complain.

Their professionalism is untouchable. They've always done more than the job required. They've helped me with color selection on a friendly basis. They've also left the house cleaner than they found it.

Work was excellent. We chose Peters Painting, even though they gave the highest estimate, because we felt that Eric's explanation of the job was the most thorough and professional. Eric and the three workers were very professional from beginning to end. Eric Peters, the owner, came to see the house, did a thorough estimate, provided very helpful information on what was needed, was was optional, and suggestions regarding colors, stains, what to change and how much, and what to leave as is. The written estimate was detailed and clear. We agreed on a rough completion date, and work was completed within the time frame agreed upon and within two weeks. The three workers doing the painting were very professional and cleaned up carefully each day. Eric checked in at least every several days, answered any questions I had, showed me the progress, and asked me when there were decisions to be made mid-project. He recommended and coordinated with a reliable handyman to fill in a woodpecker hole. When at the end of the job we discovered that one small piece had been left undone by accident, Eric immediately came and painted it. We are absolutely delighted with the result and would strongly recommend Peters Painting Contractors to anyone.

I would highly recommend them. I think they are reliable and neat. They are very good at what they do. They are professional. I've used them previously for other work. Eric Peters is the owner and he is fantastic. I thought they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and use them again. I wouldn't call them inexpensive but it's reasonable for the workmanship.
