Eric was very professional, friendly, easy to work with, and even saved a bird that was trapped in my porch when he was here. The job was a little too small for the 4 hours worth of work that I had purchased (with Angie's List deal), so he threw in the paint.

Eric did a great job communicating throughout the process. Although I didn't get a chance to meet his crew, they did an excellent job and I am very happy with their work. I would definitely use Eric again and will refer him to my friends and neighbors.

I bought a Buy It NOW Hot Deal of $119 for 4hrs of painting or prep work. Eric Peters came to my home, and gave me an overall estimate for prepping and painting the whole house (ca $4,000) explaining that even the repair I hoped to have done professionally would take more than 4 hrs. I decided to not do the work; I appreciate the supportive conversation with Jim from Angie's list; Eric was pleasant and gracious when I explained that I would have to do the job myself if I wanted it done.

I had to get this done quickly and Peter could not start on time. He found someone who could so everything worked out great.

They came in. They were professional. They did the painting and then came back for touch up and it was great...nothing more, that's all they did for painting. When we made the appointment they were more than ready to do the work. It is extremely reasonable. He's really a stand out fellow and did a great job and then two days later came for touch up. They did a fantastic job.

We were extremely impressed with Eric and his team from start to finish. Eric promptly returned our initial call, visited us soon thereafter, and provided us with a detailed estimate for our project. He and his two man team of George and Jason arrived when advised and completed staining our siding and trim within a week. I called Eric Peters based on an Angie's List review. I was living with a screened porch which was cedar board finished and had been stained a horrible orange color, due to my own mistake. I wanted it undone. As with the other estimators I talked to, Eric pointed out that it would be nigh impossible to remove the previous stain, and difficult to cover it. We agreed we'd like to preserve the nice grain of the wood, while "getting the orange out". Eric worked with me very patiently during the next month or so, to find a product which would result in a porch surface I could live with. Once the decision was made, Eric's employee arrived promptly and applied 2 coats to the walls and ceiling areas, pretty effectively removing the orange glow of the previous stain. Furniture and screens were carefully moved, and the brush stain job was very neat.

My experience with Peters Painting Contractors was first rate from beginning to end. Eric Peters and his employees were easy to work with, knowledgable ,thorough, and professional. They did excellent work and completed the job in a timely fashion. The house is 34 years old and had never been stained, the siding varied from completely bleached out to black with mildew. It has been transformed and now has an almost uniform shade. The siding is now a beautiful warm rich cedar tone. I could not be happier with the outcome of this project, it far exceeded my expectations.

Eric was a pleasure to work with. I have already given his name out to a friend who needs to have some work done.

Peter noted that there were some unique problems with the exterior painting that we wanted to have done. He worked with us to help determine the reason for these problems. He gave us some good advice, which we plan to follow as we plan our painting project.

The work went exceptionally well. As we accessed our situation, we had painting completed on the interior as well. The cost was not out of line and he was very honest and direct with us. We have been more than satisfied with the work, with his integrity and with his positive and friendly attitude. I can't say enough about the experience of working with him. He was very timely, kept in contact with us and made several recommendations and referrals to outsource other areas of work that needs to be completed prior to the listing of the property. We really enjoyed working with him. I very highly recommend him and his company. You will not be disappointed.

They did a Fantastic Job......The House and Garage were first power washed, then everything has Scraped by hand. The paint chips were cleaned up completely at the end of everyday.....There was not one to be found....The house and garage were covered in a primer then the deep scraped areas were spot painted. Then House and Gararge were painted by hand and you could tell a PROFESSIONAL painted the house.....EXCELLENT Paint job.....Perfect matching when colors met....Perfect Lines....No Drips or Spills...Everything blended together NICELY.....The house looked Brand New.....What a Great job.....I have told a number of people and had them look at the house prior to painting and after and they were totaly impressed....Just like I am ..... Peters Painting is HIGHLY recommended by me..... The guys were very very very friendly to my mother-in-law......She enjoyed them very much and was also impressed by their work ethic.....Very professional and Very Courteous......A Very Good Painting Company...

.Our only complaint, and it is minor, was pinning down an exact time for the painting was something we needed "to push" a bit. We suspect these are busy people with multiple contracts going on simultaneously.

From start to finish, I found Eric and his crew extremely professional. Eric promptly replied to my initial request; he made sure I chose a color I that I'd always be happy with; he and his crew were willingly to work around my hours; they took care of my home - covering my floors and furniture, and except for a newly painted home, I hardly knew they were there! It was obvious that Eric is a very honest man and truly loves what he does. He was meticulously careful in getting the work done - one of the comments that told me I'd get great results was: "I tell the guys to paint that line where the wall meets the ceiling, as if they had to shave with the straight line." That's precision! And, it means a job expertly done! As for price, it was fair and money well spent. I won't hesitate to hire him again. If I could, I'd give him an A+.

Good project from the beginning to the end.

Eric communicated through email and phone in a professional manner--from setting up the initial consultation to scheduling the times for the painting.The color consultation was very helpful as it is difficult for me to "see" how colors will work together in the end. I was I was kept updated throughout the process, which took about a week to complete. The crew brought in their equipment and the home was clean and able to live in each evening during the painting days. Overall was very pleased and would recommend.

Overall it went well. It took a little longer than expected, but the wall paper border was more difficult to remove than expected. They were courteous and professional. Communication was very good. Painting was well done.

Shortly after purchasing the deal, the owner of Peters Painting (Eric) contacted me to set up a color consulation and estimate of the work to be done. He brought over some paint samples and explained some of the pros and cons with the colors we were considering. After selecting the color, we contacted Eric, and he scheduled a time for the painting to take place. The turnaround time on the scheduling was fairly quick, and the entire project was completed in less than a day and a half. Overall, we found Eric to be extremely responsive and professional. The room looks great, and his crew was very considerate in making sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. We would not hesitate in using Peters Painting again.

Eric Peters and Company are by far the most professional business we have worked with since moving to Madison this summer. And that says a lot as we have worked with top landscaping and lawn care professionals, automobile dealers and retail establishments in Middleton and Madison. The crew was always prompt, professional, and the attention to detail was fantastic. I am the most critical in painting, having done all my own work in 30 years and I must say they were perfect. Clean , crisp, lines from wall to ceiling; not a spec of paint on wood trim windows, doors and molding. At the end of each day the the only sign of their presence was the smell of paint; all work tools were neatly organized in the garage and all furniture was back in place.
