 + -1 moreTheir interest rates have declined and they have been super good to work with. They are very accommodating as everything was done according to my time table. They were very friendly and I always got good explanations. They provide really good customer service. They handled everything for me and told me everything they were doing. Whenever I had any issues or concerns they followed up on it.
Description of Work: I use Park Bank for banking services. I have used them to refinance my mortgage at least three times

 + -1 moreChrista helped us refinace our mortgage and everything went so smooth I didn't have any concerns. She has also helped several of my clients with financing their new homes. She always makes sure that they are getting the best possible loan. She will even go as far as recommending another lender if they have a better product for them.
