Description of Work: I wrote to Overhead via Angie's list and received a prompt e-mail respsonse from John Gradel, their office manager. He indicated that they could "provide you with a quote over the phone or in person for your new double wide garage door." I called and got someone other than John. That person was rude and didn't even notice that I asked for someone to come to my home to give me an estimate before he began pelting me with questions that I assumed they could answer once they were present. The man on the phone was discourteous to the point that I would never do business with this company nor would I recommend them to any of my friends, family, or acquaintances. When I asked again (via Angie's list) for an onsite quote, the company did not get back to me. If John received the second e-mail, he might have thought it was a repeat of the first because I am sure that the man who I talked to most likely did not alert the company to his atrocious behavior.
