It's been good. We've been using them for 20 years now. If you tell them you're having a problem with anything specific, they'll take care of that for no extra fee. If I call and say that I've got ants all of a sudden, they'll come in between cycles and take care of the problem. They are really receptive to coming right away and taking care of any issues you might have. It's usually under the contract when they come in between. We're in an old farm house and so we ran into some kind of insect that lays eggs inside the wood. That would have been an extra charge, but he was really straightforward. He was like, it will cost you extra if we do this and you can do it cheaper yourself. He was really straightforward with it. Over the years, we've probably had 4 different people and they've always been really courteous and really respectful of our privacy. They call the night before to let us know they are coming. With the tenant, if they see something they'll be like,"Oh by the way I mentioned to your tenant not to leave money on the counter because it might not be me this week or sometime, and that could be bad." They are very honest and very nice. I raised 2 kids while they were coming, and they are always really nice to the kids. I have 2 dogs and they bring treats to the dogs. It's always the same guy that comes out unless their routes change which for the 20 years, we've had like 4 changes and that's not a lot. I've never had real problems. Once in a while, he may have come on Tuesday instead of Wednesday so now we just have to call ahead, but that wasn't really a problem. As soon as we said something, they fixed it.
