Description of Work: Our dyson lost suction and Olson was the authorized repair dealer they sent us to. Covered under warranty so no charge to us for repair. Good service, a bit slow. Badmouthed quality of dyson product to us while we were there and showed us the vacuums they sell instead. Didn't like that. But fixed our vacuum fairly quickly. Nice folks overall.

I told them I still thought something may be wrong and they checked it out thoroughly and said it was fine. They did not charge me anything. We used the vac and it is working fine. I would definitely recommend as a totally honest business that I will use again if the need arises. Thanks much!

The assistant was very helpful in explaining what was involved in their "tune-up"; the price was good and the service was prompt and done well. Description of Work: I have both bought vacuums and had them repaired at both Olson stores (east and west). They know the vacuums they sell and other vacuums inside and out. They fix all brands of vacuums and have filters you can not find elsewhere. I believe they also sell shampooers. Their vacuums are a little pricier than Shopko, WalMart etc. but they are definitely worth the price. I originally bought my vacuum there on the recommendation of a friend after complaining that my Consumer Report 'best buy' vacuum did nothing to pick up cat hair from my carpeting. I was crawling along the floor with a wet sponge to get it off. Wow! what a difference! I delight even time I use it. I have had it 8 years and it worked perfectly until it got clogged with plaster dust (old house with real plaster) after new windows were put it and I didn't change the filter enough (this would kill any vacuum). Next time, I'll use a cheap shop vac first.
