Description of Work: Never bothered replied to multiple inquiries for service on our central vacuum, to this day it sits unfinished in our new home because they are the only company that comes up when searching for contractors that do central vacuum installation.

 + -1 moreI came in "just looking" and walked out with a vaccume cleaner. They took the time to ask me about my usage, floor types, pets, how busy the house hold was etc... The salesman explained all the different types and features of the brands they sell. While I was there I noticed how many ladies were coming and going with their vaccumes. Drop offs for service/cleaning/maintenance, as well as pick ups. The place was quite busy but I noticed the transactions of paying for their services was fast and efficient. I also dropped my vaccume off for cleaning/maintenance and it was ready when they said it would be and it looked great. Get away from the department store vaccumes and go to Olsons, you will wonder what took you so long!
Description of Work: I purchased a second vaccume cleaner from Olsons in May for my brothers home. I went back there because my first experience a few years ago when I bought my vaccume was excellent.
