 + -1 moreThe daily service is quite good, with occasional lapses like a missed trash can or running out of soap in the bathroom. NBM provides a communication notebook so that we can bring any problems to their attention right away - and they have ALWAYS taken care of anything we wrote in the notebook. However, I sometimes think they rely too much on the notebook rather than checking things themselves. Burnt out light bulbs, in particular, stay burnt out until I find them and specifically request replacements. Greg has cleaned our carpets twice now for free! They are in bad shape and he has put in a lot of time and effort both times to try to keep them looking presentable for us. He also came in one weekend and stripped the old sealer off the bathroom floor, again for free. In addition, NBM has been able to help us deal with leaks, removing ceiling tiles, cleaning up and replacing ceiling tiles. This is always at a VERY reasonable price.
Description of Work: NBM does daily janitorial service for our 20,000 square foot office building. They vacuum, empty trash & clean & re-stock bathrooms every day, and do more extensive cleaning on a rotating schedule. They have also changed light bulbs, cleaned carpets and replaced ceiling tiles as needed.
