Description of Work: Requested an estimate to roof our house. He came and did the estimate, which sounded good. He was professional and knowledgable and he provided valuable info regarding the status of our shingles, i.e. that there was a manufacturers defect. The problem came afterwards in that he wouldn't wouldn't promptly call back or come when he said he would. I think he was too busy with other projects. We had a time crunch because winter was coming on and we wanted to get the roof done

 + 0 moreQuality work, nice guys. Completed the roof in one day! Wasn't happy with the time it took to get the gutters and downspouts scheduled (3-4 weeks later), though the job itself took less than an hour with the crew they had. The most disappointing thing was that full payment was demanded before the entire job was done. Words were exchanged. I would highly recommend this crew, the materials used and their craftsmanship...just make sure you sign a contract and agree to all terms...including payment terms.
Description of Work: Replaced existing roof, gutters and down spouts on home.
