 + 0 moreWe have been using New Concept for almost 2 years now. They do the best job of any cleaning service we've ever hired. I used to have to go around and "spot clean" everything our last maid service did not do (dust left under furniture, etc.), but there is literally nothing to do after New Concept has been there. They leave everything spotless - including the stainless appliances in the kitchen which is a bonus in my book. I would also never clean my floors on my hands/knees like they do. You are truly paying for the best! I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors who are also using them now.

 + 0 moreFive stars! I have been using New Concept for about 12 years and have been exceptionally pleased. When I come home, the house smells fresh and looks very clean. They dust, vacuum, wipe the blinds, clean the kitchen sink, stove, microwave, and appliance surfaces, wash all floors, and clean all bathroom surfaces (tub/showers, toilets, sinks, counters and fixtures). They do not change linens or wash any laundry, which is just fine. The staff is wonderful! A team of 3-4 arrive at about the same time each week. Some of the things that I like above and beyond the final clean house is that there is very little turnover in the staff and so I get to know them very well. They are all very friendly, professional and flexible. I enjoy pleasant conversations with everyone. I trust them with my house, belongings and pets and have never been disappointed or concerned. Over the years, there have been moderate price increases. I have also used New Concept for window cleaning and have been very pleased with the price and results. The bottom line is that New Concept is terrific!

 + 0 moreThey did a great job. We have a raised ranch with painted wood siding and we've never had it professionally cleaned (we have done it ourselves sporadically). All of the grime and mildew were completely gone. The house actually looks like it has been painted. Even the garage door was left super-clean. They were here right on time in the morning. They also cleaned the outside windows afterwards and it was very convenient to have both services done by the same company. Great job; well worth it. Would definitely use them again!

The work absolutely exceeded our expectations and we would definitely use New Concepts Meticulous Cleaning again. The same day (in the morning) New Concepts also pressure-washed out house. It was extremely convenient to have both projects done at the same time. The pressure washing has been reviewed separately and was also a fantastic job.

First cleaning as always is more expensive after that we alternate with a full house cleaning and a light cleaning every 2 weeks. We have to have NCMC keeping our home shining for years to come.

 + 0 moreThree ladies arrived on time and started right in with the cleaning, each lady taking a different room. I was impressed with the thoroughness of their work - which included cleaning the tops of my kitchen cabinets and cleaning the decorations (dishes, bottles, etc.) I had up there; I did not expect that. The floors were cleaned on their knees... they were in and out in a little over 2 hours for the first visit - we expect future (bi-weekly) visits to be shorter. The only complaint I have, and it is not really so much a complaint as a comment, is that I was not told about the time to expect them here until 8:30 the morning of the cleaning. Most times, this will work, but I think that once we get a regular day and time set up, that will be resolved. I recommend this company - professional, owner came in person to do the walk through and provide the quote and her prices, for the same work, were lower than two other companies I received quotes from. All in all, I think I made the right choice.

There was a smudge here and there but overall it was a really, really good job. And there was absolutely no mess left behind -- there was no sign that any workers had even been in the house. Everything is thorough and if there is anything that is missed they come back within a day or two and do it immediately. I think their pricing is within reason but I don't have anything to compare it to. Their quality of service is fabulous and we have used them for many years.  + -1 moreOn the day of the initial cleaning, 4 ladies came on time, and started right away. They divide their work, so someone does the bathrooms, someone does the dusting/cobwebs, someone does vacuuming, etc. I stayed at the beginning to explain few things, answer their questions but then left the house with my daughter to stay out of their hair so they could get to work. I came back about 2.5 hrs later, and they were doing their last work, which was washing the floors (on their knees and hands). They finished in about 3 hours total. The house was absolutely spotless, and I could see they had moved few things (like rugs, chairs, things on the top of the counter), but they were put back in the proper place. I ran my fingers across table, blinds, shelves, doors, everywhere and not a single dust! My appliances were all shiny, and the floor felt squeaky clean. All the cobwebs were gone, even in places I couldn't reach. My house has never been this clean ever!! $250 for 12 hours of labor total, with excellent results, I think it is totally worth it. I had them come back 2 weeks later, as I had overnight guests twice and a small BBQ party since the initial cleaning, and I was expecting another family visiting for 3 weeks and wanted to have everything cleaned again before they arrived. This time the cleaning was shorter, about 2 hours, and 3 ladies came. While they were here, I had a guy installing shades in the basement (which I had warned them in advance), but they totally worked around it. Both times, the ladies were very professional, there were not chatting amongst them, they just worked very efficiently. I plan to use them going forward, maybe once a month. It's nice that there's no contract and everything is flexible, in terms of when and what you would like to be done. I highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: I highly recommend this company, they are definitely METICULOUS! We have a 3 stories house, approximately 5000 sq. ft with 5 bedrooms, 3 full bath/shower rooms and a guest toilet, 2 full living rooms on main floor and in the basement, open kithen/family dining room and a formal dining room. There are only 3 of us in the family but we often have guests from out of town, and also do entertaining few times a year. The house just seemed too big for me to do any thorough cleaning, especially with a 4 yr old in the house. I decided finally to get some help, and I'm very happy that I've used this company. I have used them twice now and hope my review helps. The company was recommended by a friend who had used other cleaning companies but she liked this one the best. I still signed up on Angie's list to do my own research, and found that this company was listed with good reviews. SoI called to get an estimate and they called me back the next day to set up a date. Since I had never done a thorough cleaning for my house since we moved in 2.5 years ago, I wanted to have everything done from removing the cobwebs, dusting blinds/ceiling fans/lighting fixtures to washing the floors in addition to regular cleaning. They came back 2 days later with 3 estimates: 1) initial cleaning for the whole house which included all the above mentioned plus more (washing baseboards, dusting doors/ledges, etc. for #250, 2) bi-weekly small cleaning which excludes the basement (so top 2 floors) for $105, and 3) monthly cleaning for the whole house (3 floors). The earliest they could come was about 3 wks later from the appointment date but that was due to 4th of July coming up and many customers wanted to get their house in order before then. They also have a policy not to overbook themselves so to avoid jeopardize the quality of their cleaning, which I liked. I actually had to reschedule twice since then due to family reasons, which they were very nice about.

 + -1 moreIt went extremely well. The date and time was set and they appeared on that day at that specific time. They went right to work and even did the windowsills. They were done quite quickly and would definitely have them again.
Description of Work: I had used them for my home and they were great. I asked them back to do our 3 season Screen house. We have done this ourselves but it does include ladder work and felt it better to have a professional service. They again came in uniform on time and did a great job the windows hadn't ever looked this clean when we were doing them!! I will definitely keep using this service as they are very reliable and courteous and affordable.

One of the biggest benefits is that I have had the same supervisor for the last 12 years. This supervisor is great! They also leave comment cards after each time they work. They always address what was brought up on the card on the next visit.

 + 0 moreIt went very well they were dressed in uniform friendly and went right to work. My bathrooms were clweaned and you could tell it! The whole house I felt was done with great care including dusting some of my expensive things that I had setting out on a my buffet. Also dusted under the dining room table that the others cleaners never did all without asking.
Description of Work: I had them for my windows and wanted to try them for house cleaning. They came on time I felt they did a much better job than who I I had been using for cleaning. They did the extras like wiping for cob webs and making sure the kitchen stove and other appliances were spotless. My house had a very clean feeling after they had been here a friend recommended I try them and now I plan on arranging for them to clean my house every other week. I am very particular so giving the rating I did mean't they did an outstanding job.

 + -1 moreWe usually were not home when the cleaners came, but they did sometimes come as we were leaving. The people who came to clean were punctual, personable, and went right to work. The quality of the work was the main issue. They needed a lot of direct instruction. For example, although we were told they would damp wipe the floor every time, they didn't damp wipe the floor unless we wrote in instructions for the day "please damp wipe the floor." The countertops were often left smeary. We have strongly patterned granite so it's not as obvious as with a solid color, but we could easily see the problems by looking from the correct angle to the light, or running a hand over it. The impression that I get is that they just didn't scrutinize their work before leaving. It was more than a month after the tree was gone that we finally wrote "Please vacuum to get the pine needles out of the entry rug" and they did. We went some months with writing more explicit instruction each time, but finally just quit. It was very nice coming home to a neatened up house, but that was as much about the straightening up we did in preparation for their cleaning as it was about the cleaning itself.
Description of Work: We had regular cleaning for $75 per visit (1400 sq ft house with 1 bath). The service they offered was to straighten up, dust, clean cobwebs, damp wipe floors, and fully clean the kitchen and bathroom.
