NATIONAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Worked with Brian Daley of National Property Inspections. He was prompt, courteous and had a wealth of knowledge. He provided the Inspection report before leaving the house (excluding pictures). However pictures were provided via email later that evening. He answered all my questions and provided additional information as well. I usually recommend the person, not a company and Brian definitely represents the company well.

We are buying a large home to accomodate the inclusion of my mother-in-law. We checked out several other inspection services and their prices for such a large home were high. Brian Daley of National Property Inspections was suggested by our realtor, and his pricing was significantly more reasonable. What's more, Brian took extra time to answer questions and make suggestion to my wife and her mother during the inspection without additional charges for the time. The weather also happened to turn snowy on the scheduled inspection date, keeping him from fully inspecting the roof. Brian came back on the following Sunday to complete the inspection providing additional pictures and answering questions. Brian was extraordinarily courteous, both in person, and via email. I was extremely pleased with his service, professionalism, competency, and kindness. I will personally recommend him at every opporunity and have purchased an Angie's List membership specifically to write this review.
