Eon responded to my request for an estimate within 24 hours of my call. We made arrangements to meet and he showed up on time. While showing him the work that we needed done, he was quick to point out possible additional work, which I appreciated because I'm not know what to look for. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We agreed to have him and his team to remove tree stumps, and remove a dying tree that we did not know what dying. Eon and his team did a wonderful job, there was no mess and we were able to keep a lot of the wood for our fireplace. I was very happy with his work. Months later, we had a huge tree fall onto our fence after a thunderstorm. I called Eon that night and he was able to get out to our house to assess the damage and work to be done within a few days. I ended up hiring him again to clean up that mess as well. His team is very professional and efficient in their work. My Tree Guy will be the first we call with all of our tree needs.

Eon got back to me the same day, when other companies didn't. They came out the same day to take care of an urgent problem! His prices were very reasonable. Very professional, nice, efficient, and cleaned up the area really well. After a few weeks they came back to take down some more branches off my large Weeping Willow tree that I didn't need to come off urgently. He included a few extra clean up areas of small branches on other trees in the yard that weren't time consuming for him, but would have been if I tried to do it. I'm very satisfied and will use his service again when needed.

I called on Saturday for an estimate to have a dead birch tree in my yard cut down. Eon made an appointment and showed up the next day on Sunday morning. We thoroughly discussed all the parts of the project. All of my questions were answered, and I received an estimate for each part of the project. I called Eon on Monday to accept his bid. He gave me an estimated work date of 1-3 weeks. Two days later, on Wednesday, I came home to find my tree cut down and most of the wood removed. The next day the rest of the project was completed. It was that easy and efficient!

I called Eon on a weekend to get an estimate for tree services. He returned my call promptly and was able to come out, review the work, and give me an estimate in a very short period of time. His bid was very reasonable. We decided to do the work in 2 phases, the last of which was completed today. He was on site for the entire job, both phases. He is courteous, professional, and takes pride in his work. The cleanup was great as well. He communicated well and worked closely with me to make sure everything was going as I expected, and walked me through a final inspection before he left. I will stick with My Tree Guy for any future work and will recommend him to others who need tree service.

Eon was prompt with setting up a time for an estimate and scheduled the work in a very timely manner. His crew came and removed the tree and you'd hardly know they were there. As part of a condo association we are also retaining him to trim some other branches that are doing the same thing to numerous garage roofs.

Eon was very professional and did exactly what he said he would do. He was accommodating to fitting the machine through our fence door and also offered his arborist expertise on a few other questions I had for him on other trees we had in the yard. Would hire again.

Eon returned my call immediately and arranged to come out and see the project within a couple days. He was prompt, personable and helpful. Although otherwise healthy (as a previous tree specialist had explained when I had the tree pruned a few years ago), my spruce tree had a number of unsightly dead branches that would detract from the curb appeal of my house that I'm preparing to sell. Eon wrote up the description of work with a diagram. He and another tree person came out a few days later and did the pruning while I was out of town and a friend was at the house. The trees look great, exactly what I had in mind. All trimmed branches were cleared away. After arranging the work on my trees, Eon also agreed to look at a tree that needed to be taken down at my friend's house. It was in poor condition and hung over the garage. Eon also took care of this project and my friend was very pleased with how they did the work and with how soon they fit it into their schedule.

He was great. He actually came out on a Sunday to look at the trees in order to work up an estimate. After the job was done, he said it was a bit more work than he had anticipated, but did not try to up the estimate. They cleaned up so well that I would not have known they were there except for the extra sunshine in the back yard.

Eon was able to give me an estimate for the work on the spot, and once we decided to go ahead, he got us worked in quickly (on Labor Day!) The guys came, got to work, and didn't stop moving all day. Everyone was friendly, and they were really good with our curious 4 year old. The clean up was thorough, and our lawn showed no trace they were even there. We'd certainly use them again.

They did a great job. I was not home at the time but everything we had discussed was done just as I had requested. Also, the cleanup was so good that you couldn't tell any work had been done if you didn't know how the trees were before.

After the June 17 storm devastated the trees in my neighborhood, I called several tree services. Eon was the only one who bothered to call back. I showed him what we needed done, explained that the insurance company was giving us $1000 for tree removal, and asked what he could do. He agreed to take down the split and bent tree and grind four stumps for that amount. We had to clean up the stumps and cut up most of the tree's trunk ourselves, but he and his crew removed all the brush from the cut tree. Eon is very knowledgable and told us not only what kind of trees these were but also identified a few others in our yard for us and advised us on saving a damaged basswood branch. He came out to do the estimate the same day he returned my call, and within a few days he showed up to do the work. They did everything in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Eon and will probably be calling him again in the future. Very personable and knowledgable guy who gets the job done well, efficiently, and at a reasonable price.

Eon is very responsive and thorough. He came out to look at our tree and give us a recommendation. He has done work for us before and we have come to trust his advice. He recommended removal of the tree, which he did today. He also ground out the stump. Additionally he did some minor trimming of another tree and ground out another stump that we really wanted removed but hadn't planned on doing because of the costs involved in removing the other tree. Eon has always done great work at a fair price, does neat work and is very dependable. He is and quot;our tree guyand quot;!

The whole process was smooth. They came out the next day and scheduled the job the next week. I basically lucked out since it was a and quot;smalland quot; job and they had a bigger job just down the street scheduled. I think I was just filler for the crew - thus the speed and price. But it worked out great for me. Wood was cut to the right size and the lawn was cleaned up nicely. Nicely done. I had thought about renting a chainsaw and doing it myself, but with the quote is was a no-brainer having them do it.

I hired My Tree Guy to remove a very large tree which had recently died. Eon (company owner) was prompt in providing a concise estimate at a fair price. He was very accessible to answer questions before and after the project. Eon and his crew worked efficiently and with great respect and care for the surrounding yard. It is clear to me through his work and our interactions that customer satisfaction is his top priority. I will certainly call on his company in the future, and I am highly recommending his company to my friends.

I had a huge tree fall and it actually fell over the pier and into the water as well, making it really crazy to get out. They were a third of the price of the three quotes I received. They were very easy to work with. They got the job done quickly and they cleaned up their mess. They were great.
