Did not bring adequate equipment after assuring me he could reach high gutters. Ended up walking on my roof. Didn't finish the job because he was tired. Charged me $180 instead of the $120 he estimated because of the ice in the gutters which should have been forseeable and appointment rescheduled. Claimed 37 positive references which, considering the quality of his work, cannot be accurate. English so poor cannot understand directions. I told him to be careful of a cable wire running up the side of my house; he dislodged the wire which resulted in it being freed from the top. He threw the material from the gutters in the back of my house carelessly, narrowly missing my expensive Generac generator.

Tom was great- he provided a quick response to my online request & came out to help me later that same day. He worked through a light rain and into the dark of night to get the job done well. His pictures showed how clogged the gutters had been and how clean they are now. He was great.

They were very responsive and were even able to come out the same day. They kept working through a light rain shower and the setting sun, sticking around 'til the job was done. We were very impressed with the end result and so thankful for all the hard work!
