Put in request for estimates on Sat 5/9 on Angie s List. Tom and Jessica were here within a couple hours, gave estimate, and cleaned the gutters. Excellent work. Gutters were bad from walnut trees and roofing job from house with shared drive. They put everything in bags and cleaned up so well you couldn t even tell they had been here!!! Nicest people you would ever want to meet. My 3 year old granddaughter and I were outside with our masks on. She fell for Jessica immediately - was showing Jessica flowers. Didn t want Jessica to leave. So Tom gave my granddaughter a dollar bill for ice cream. Asked them to stop back and visit us. Hope they do!

Tom and Jessica were prompt, fair, and did the absolute best job imaginable powerwashing my house. They stayed extra time to really get the job done right. For example, most exterior house cleaners only clean the vertical surfaces of siding. MGL cleaned at the seams, powerwashed the gutters ... the works. Cannot give a higher level of recommendation.

They came at a last minute request, did a thorough job. I asked that they come during the week and they came today because the weather was nice. It's late to be cleaning gutters.

They called to schedule a time to come out early in the week. I did not return the call since it was the week of thanksgiving and busy getting things together for that, working, and getting ready to head out of town. They randomly showed up at my house on Thanksgiving morning expecting to work. I felt bad, so I said fine, he then said they only accept cash or check; neither of which I had. So on top of getting everything together for the holiday and my trip, I had to drop everything and go to an ATM to pay them $130 for them to hand clean out the gutters. They did not use any power washers or other tools for the down spouts and were not able to do any repairs if needed. The work is done and that is fine, but I felt the entire situation was very unprofessional. I will be going with a different company in the spring.

Cleaned gutters thoroughly. Left the debris in yard below gutters and did not recoil the hose. Not sure if this is typical or not. Showed up at house without being contacted from a quote request I filled out online for another company. I guess they shared my request info with other local companies? I had received a quote from the company I filled out form for and MGL was willing to do the job for that same amount as other company. Since he was already at my house, I agreed. I wasn't home when he did the work so he showed me pictures he had taken with his phone of the cleaned out gutters the next day when he came back for payment. There was not a paper or electronic receipt for services. English is not his first language, so clear communication can be tricky as other reviewers have mentioned. Overall, he did a good job with cleaning the gutters.

Very hard worker. I paid him 40% more than his bid! Communicated he would be a few minutes late because he was finishing another job. Cleaned up after his work.
