Description of Work: Cleaning our couch and love seat was very good but cleaning a velveteen chair was awful. If it shouldn't have been done, I wish he would have told me. The fabric is now ruined

 + -1 moreHave used this dry cleaners for quite some time and I am always pleased with their work. Recently I asked the owner if she did custom sewing work. She did! She created 3 pairs of simple linen pants for me- based on a pair that I brought in. They were a favorite pair of pants that I couldn't purchase any longer. She did a great job!!
