The guys that dealt with the gas line were awesome. They came out exactly when they said they would. That was good. I was a little less impressed with the interior work. The guy was a little late when he showed up. He also left in a huge rush and left some tools behind. I also had to replace part of the line, which was a huge bummer.

Their customer service was good from what I can remember.

They are fine, but they seemed a little pricey.

I prefer them over the other supplier in the area but I don?t know if it?s really a choice. We were digging in the yard so we called them and they came the next day to mark off any power lines. Their price is comparable.

I am a current customer of theirs and it has been all good. I don't remember their charges off the top of my head, but I thought they were appropriate. Their professionalism was outstanding.

I made an appointment with MG&E and they sent out a technician to tune up my furnace. He did a thorough job, tweaked things so that it would run more efficiently, replaced a few rusted parts for a nominal charge and explained what I could do to prolong the life of my furnace and keep my furnace running well. I was happy with the service and would use it again. However, I'm not sure about using it every year, as is recommended. I have a small house and doubt that I would save enough as a result of the tune-up to recoup the $100 in a year. Right now, I'm thinking a tune-up every other year will have to suffice.
