They were very professional,timely and did a most excellent job!! I should note that I am a retired mechanic/fleet mgr. I am much fussier than the average cust. I was very pleased w/the results.

.The sales staff were helpful in determining the type of mats that would meet the needs, and subsequently ordering them. What was most impressive about the service, was their assistance when we had difficulty in "installing" the all-weather mats. The mats are designed to fit multiple cars and the instructions were less than clear that came with mats. I returned to Madison for assistance. Two sales staff and a technician came out to assist. The mats now fit very nicely.

The vehicle completed when promised. The exterior looked like it was just ran through a automatic car wash since most of the road grim was still on it and both rear lower quarter panels still had road dirt on them. I get this frequently in the automatic car washes since it is an extended van. The interior was pretty clean but they missed cleaning between the front seats after they had sprayed cleaning detergent. When I went to put stuff back foam squeezed up between my fingers when I put my hand down and it was really wet. I needed to a lot of additional rinsing to get all the soap out and then run a dehumidifier overnight to dry it. The rest of the carpets and seats were cleaned pretty well. Floor mats were also well cleaned I was missing my garage door remote that I hope they can track down and get back from them.
