I think I’ve only ever left one review before in my life (I’m 72). However, working with Mad City was such a positive experience I felt they deserved a great review. From start to finish, everyone was professional and very helpful. They went out of their way to answer all my questions and concerns. Their product is first rate and they did everything they said they would. The original salesperson was magnificent. They had their supervisors on sight to make sure things went well and the workman was patient with an old lady asking silly questions. I’m extremely pleased with the end product. Ken our installer was very courteous and professional. Showed up on time. Explained the daily process of work being done, left the work area clean before leaving. Ken made sure all work was done perfectly and answered all questions we had. Would definitely hire Mad city and Ken to do any other renovations we might have in the future.

I recently had six windows installed by Mad City Windows and Baths and have been very happy with their performance. The windows have noticeably improved my home's insulation and appearance. Although the installation scheduling process wasn't entirely smooth, but the team's professionalism and commitment to quality made the overall experience a positive one. I'm confident in their work and look forward to replacing the rest of my windows with them in the future. Highly recommended!

We are so thankful we chose Mad City! They did a wonderful job...and this shower has a 50 year warranty that can be transferred if you sell you home. Highly recommend!

Nate and Malachi were courteous, professional and knowledgeable of their craft. They worked non stop during the day to install our four windows. Everything was what we expected and more. I HAVE A SHINY, NEW, BEAUTIFUL WALK-IN SHOWER AND COULDN’T BE MORE THRILLED. In just one and a half days, Aaron, my AWESOME CONTRACTOR, tore the tub and tile out, prepped the floor and walls of the shower enclosure, changed/updated the old plumbing, and started installing the floor and wall panels. Aaron bagged and removed all the debris. I never had anything to pick up, clean up, or dispose of. On the second day, Aaron finished installing the panels, hung two heavy-duty grab bars and shelves, tested all the lines and fixtures, and reviewed everything about my new walk-in shower with me and my husband. Bravo, Aaron, job well done. Everything Mad City said they would do, they did. I would gladly recommend them for the installation of a walk-in shower. Linda

Consult was quick and Matt's window demo was a seller for replacing north-facing windows with Mad Citys product in these snowy states! Measurements were done a week later and then we waited. It was about 12 weeks before ours were ready and we only ordered 4. Then it was 2 days before Christmas when we got the call they were ready to install. We were delighted they agreed to delay installation until after the holidays. Our old windows were not framed in properly (thus crazy difficult to open), and the seals were failing. Quin with Grace Restoration was courteous and explained his process before beginning installation with protection for our new floors from the snow that had already fallen. We had the heat back on in a few hours and new windows that satisfy the COA rules! Thank you, Quin and thank you Mad City Windows!

Great experience! Work was done very efficiently and great quality! The guys cleaned up as they went and even vacuumed outside! I would absolutely use Mad City again! I love my new bathroom!

Oscar with Mad City did a wonderful bath tub to walk in shower transformation. He was always courteous, let us know how the project was going and put back and cleaned up everything required to do the job. We would give Mad City and Oscar 10 stars if it was possible. I was very pleased with the customer service through the whole process. They were very clear on what they offered and how much everything was. Then the day of installation they were clear on what they needed us to before hand so everything went smoothly. They were very clean during installation and they were very efficient. After ward they talked to us on what the windows did and what they offered us in anything should happen. I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

From start to finish everyone in the company was amazing! My adventure started at a pop up located inside the local Walmart where I met SIERRA, I let her know I just wanted some information but after talking with her a bit, hearing about the company and seeing their product line I decided to book a free in home estimate. The sales team member, LUKE, came to my home and did my estimate. He was sure to go over everything thoroughly, help me select the materials I wanted to use for the job and get me (very affordable) pricing. He even set me up with a financing option that had a respectable rate within my monthly budget. My product arrived quickly, much sooner than expected and they were able to book my installation almost immediately after. My job was projected for two day completion, my installer RICK BAUM (he really is da bomb!) removed my old surround and found that we had some issue due to the construction of my home and how pipes had previously been placed under the old tub. The Mad City team (by this point we had two additional team members assisting, thanks again CONNOR and DECLAN!) worked through all possible scenarios with me and came up with a creative solution to solve the issue without costing me any further money out of pocket. I was elated. Due to the situation we were faced with thanks to the previous owners construction blunders in my home, the traditional installation would’ve required waiting up to four weeks for more specialized product to complete but thanks to RICK’s relentless effort and creativity knowing my situation (da bomb!) my job was still completed as promised in two days, he even stayed until 9pm day two to ensure completion though I know his family was waiting for him at home. I cannot thank anyone in this company enough for their efforts, excellent communication and general hard work. My lady and I love our new set up and couldn’t be happier with the results, with a different team this could have easily turned into a nightmare. Additional shout outs to SHANE and LUKE in the office/warehouse as they were also crucial in pulling this all together.

The installer was prompt, courteous, efficient and professional. He sought our input and desires and cleaned up after himself.

We had Mad City sdo our windows and our bathroom. Each time they were in and out in the same day, incredibly professional and overall just amazing to work with. They answered our questions, walked us through the work and cleaned up after making it seem like they were never here. They insured that we were satisfied after each project and let us do full inspections to ensure that. Will always suggest them and use them in the future again. 10000/5 stars, just incredible.

It went great. Just the way Mad City said. I love the outcome. Pete was my installer. Did a great job. Left everything clean and neat.

The shower looks great! There are some minor adhesive issues that need to be addressed. I have an appointment scheduled to fix those issues. I was able to design/customize the shower the way I wanted it.

We had ten windows installed in October2024 The crew showed up on time,finishing the job in about seven hours ,sooner than promised! They also cleaned up the area upon completion
